The purpose of the study was to analyse and evaluate the institutionalization of the agricultural market in Ukraine and the European Economic Community. The authors conducted a study devoted to the analysis of the regulatory and legal framework in the field of market economy building and state regulation of the agricultural market in Ukraine during the 1990s - 2020s. It is substantiated that the shortcomings of market reforms and dysfunctions of the agrarian market due to lack of scientific understanding of the role of the factor of normative and legislative support of the processes of market reforms in general, the formation of sectoral markets, as well as their effective functioning by the criterion of timely response to dysfunctions. The study was based on systematic and benchmarking methods. The tasks of the study were solved using such methods as: systematic, historical, deductive, inductive, analysis and synthesis, statistical and comparative analysis. The theoretical provisions of institutional theory in the context of the formalization of the agrarian market institute in Ukraine and the European Economic Union and proved the need to follow the logical coherence and complexity of its institutional support as a necessary element of market reforms in the study has further developed. A model of the process of institutional support of market reforms in Ukraine is proposed. The final stage of the institutionalization of the agrarian market in Ukraine is the achievement of conditions of equivalent market exchange.
The article deals with financial and economic meaning of bioenergy as an important component of the country’s energy security. The problem of transition to renewable energy sources, in particular biofuels, was investigated. The relevance of research is that biofuels can fully replace traditional energy resources, increase the level of economic efficiency of production and competitiveness of national economy, as well as reduce amount of harmful emissions into the environment. The purpose of research is to study and develop theoretical and practical principles of financial and economic development of bioenergy and its role in ensuring energy independence of Ukraine. In the context of financial and economic crisis and political instability, the development of bioenergy industry is of priority in dealing with main social and economic problems. One of the main aspects of bioenergy development is states’ concern and use of targeted state funding. Moreover, other perspective ways to implement bioenergy technologies in Ukraine are public private partnership and attraction of foreign direct investments. Economic assessment of different ways of full or partial replacement of natural gas has shown that they can be supplied with biomass, while the total capacity of introduced objects according to the bioenergy development program can save natural energy resources. According to the formula of the method of average medium, the forecast of optimistic and pessimistic scenario of energy potential development is developed. Energy independence of Ukraine can be ensured through effective implementation of alternative energy with full state support, which will lead to acceleration of economic development of the territories, increasing level of life of people and environmental security of the country.
The aim of the study was to analyze and evaluate the organization of the system of internal marketing and marketing interaction of agricultural enterprises for the production of biodiesel based on value chain analysis. The authors conducted aresearch on the formation of a marketing model and the corresponding marketing policy of the enterprise, where it is methodologically important is the formation of effective value chains as a basis for competition in the market. The theoretical approach to the formation of the value chain within the marketing model of an individual agricultural enterprise is substantiated. At the same time, value chains are seen as production networks in which businesses use competitive resources and operate in an institutional environment, and form network of horizontally and vertically connected enterprises united by a partnership model of interaction. The objectives of the study were solved using such methods as: historical, systematic, inductive and deductive, analysis and synthesis, modeling and comparative analysis. To ensure the efficiency of energy production from biomass, the optimality of the logistics factor should be ensured. Applied models based on tools such as operations research and mathematical optimization using computer algorithms have been developed to plan and manage biomass supply chains. It is proposed to model supply chains and / or create value by types of resource flows with the possibility of their modular connection to the overall model, which, in our opinion, can increase the reliability of the results. To study the value chain of biodiesel in Ukraine, an appropriate model was developed to simulate the flow of raw sunflower and rapeseed, as the use of both crops was identified as the most common for biodiesel production in Ukraine. The model differs from the existing ones in that it takes into account different scenarios to determine the total cost of biodiesel production, as well as the cost of individual activities in the value chain formation.

Business tourism is one of the most promising areas of modern travel. It is of great importance for the development of the economy and the entire national economy of the host country. An important factor is the fact that about 100 million business trips are made annually in the world [74]. According to WTO experts, the share of business tourism in the world is already almost 20%.In particular, almost 50% of the revenue of aviation companies and about 60% of the revenue of accommodation companies is the service of tourists of this category [75]. It should be noted that the sphere of business tourism accounts for about 400 billion dollars. USA with almost 6.5 trillion. dollars USA worldwide turnover of tourist business. It is worth noting that, according to the forecast of the World Tourism Organization, in the next ten years, the turnover of business tourism will increase almost fivefold -from 400 billion dollars. USA up to 2 trillion dollars USA, and the number of business tours will triple -from 560 million dollars. USA up to 1.6 billion dollars. USA. [76].It is important to note that business tourism is complex and multifaceted. About 73% of its volumes are corporate travel (corporate travel) -these are individual business trips for participation in the events of industrial and trade corporations.Business tourism also includes incentive tourism (the so-called MICE tourism, where Meetings are meetings, Incentives are incentive events, Conventions are conferences, Exhibitions are exhibitions), which is designed to "dilute the routine" of business communication, combining business with entertainment , and can be a motivationreward for employees. In particular, MICE events consist in serving the business activities of enterprises (advertisement of goods and services, exchange of experience, preparation of contracts, etc.), i.e., these are steps towards the future, or the performance of auxiliary functions (encouraging the best employees). Tours for the
