Kegiatan ini mempunyai tujuan : 1) Melatih guru-guru di Muhammadiyah Boarding School berkenaan dengan penyusunan RPP one page berbasis digital. 2) meningkatnya keterampilan guru-guru di Muhammadiyah Boarding School berkenaan dengan penyusunan RPP one page berbasis digital. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah 1) pengenalan materei RPP one page dengan metode cerama. 2) pelatihan dilakukan dengan mendemonstrasikan serta mendampingi guru dalam penyusunan RPP one page. Luaran yang didapatkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah 1) adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru-guru di Muhammadiyah Boarding School berkenaan dengan penyusunan RPP one page. 2) guru-guru dapat menyusun RPP one page berbasis digital dengan baik.
Indonesia memiliki budaya yang beraneka ragam, sehingga masyarakatnya sangat multikultur. Multikultural tidak hanya dirasakan masyarakat di perkotaan tetapi juga dialami oleh masyarakat daerah Kab. Sidenreng Rappang tepatnya pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang. Dari keanekaragaman budaya tersebut menimbulkan peluang terjadinya konflik sangat besar, sehingga dibutuhkan Pendidikan Multikulrutal untuk membendung konfilk yang terjadi. Begitu pula terjadi di Universitas yang banyak memiliki mahasiswa dari berbagai daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa perempuan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sideneng Rappang terkait Pendidikan Multikultural yang mereka rasakan selama menjadi mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para mahasiswa perempuan lebih terbuka dengan adanya multikultural di kampus sehingga merasa baik-baik saja terkait beraneka ragam ras, suku, budaya, asal, dan usia pada mahasiswa perempuan dilingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang.
Bugis is one of the ethnic groups in Indonesia, precisely in South Sulawesi. Local values in Buginese, especially Bugis women today, have been influenced by the behavior of modernizing technology, which is largely unfiltered, making women less aware of their attitudes and appearance in public. The purpose of the study was to find out the value of female bugis characters. The method used is descriptive with Ethnocoreology approaches. Pakarena Anida dance contains values that become guidelines for Bugis women to determine their attitude in what they should be. The values contained in Pakarena Anida dance are living values which uphold self-esteem, politeness and patience.
The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of government functions in Timoreng Panua Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the function of government to improve the welfare of the people affected by COVID-19 in Timoreng Panua Village. The population of this study amounted to 146 people, while the research sample used a total random sampling of 73 people. Data collection techniques in this study used the techniques of Observation, Interview, Literature Study and Questionnaire. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The data were then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of government functions in Timoreng Panua Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is considered quite good with an average percentage of 74.12%. The function of government to improve the welfare of the people affected by COVID-19 in Timoreng Panua Village is considered quite good with an average percentage result, which is 82.02%. The results of simple linear regression showed that there was a significant effect of variable X on government functions on variable Y, increasing people's welfare by 86%.
