This study aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on morale, and the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and passion of work on employee performance, as well as the effect of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence, Spiritual intelligence on employee performance. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model by AMOS. The study results found that Islamic leadership positively and significantly affected morale, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence, increasing employee morale. Employee performance improves with high Islamic leadership and increased confidence. Emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The position of morale in the research model is not to be a mediating variable (intervening) in explaining the influence of Islamic leadership on employee performance. The role of morale in the research model is a perfect mediation variable (complete mediation) in explaining the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. To improve employee performance, emotional intelligence cannot do it directly.
During the COVID-19 period, the e-learning system saw increased usage and study; existing dimensions related to technologies and learners are not adequately explored while discussing e-learning adoption. As a technology, adopting e-learning for education in Indonesia confronts numerous resilience problems due to its benefits. This article analyzed the resilience paradoxes, namely, transformation, sociocultural, modernization, integrity, and ethics, to raise awareness and elicit the essential responses to enhance e-learning adoption and utilization. The approach used in this study is qualitative and phenomenological. 25 people were interviewed for this research; participants include teachers and students. The analysis step is easier to understand and is explicitly designed to analyze and conceptualize qualitative data using the most recent QSR qualitative research software. The study examined the divergent and contradictory perspectives of technology supporters and technology doubters on e-learning in Indonesian education; this gives a valid starting point for a critical and in-depth debate about e-learning; it is not simple to reconcile this dilemma. However, this study works to be knowledgeable of paradoxes and be prepared to resolve the issue and get the intended results.
The balanced scorecard (BSC) is one of the concepts of a managerial performance measurement system that has a function and significance for companies carrying out strategic management by using four measurement perspectives in a systematic and integrated manner. This study uses the balanced scorecard, and management can identify, formulate, and create a value proposition that is balanced and proportionate among its stakeholders (stakeholders). This study aims to determine how the company's performance benchmarks and stakeholder value propositions use the balanced scorecard approach. The type and approach of this research are descriptive qualitative. The data analysis model is carried out in two ways: First, qualitatively, namely by describing according to language, sentences and perspectives to get a logical understanding and relevant to the research objectives. Second, using the balanced scorecard approach, namely data analysis made in numbers based on the balanced scorecard approach. This study explains how the general concept of the balanced scorecard, the four perspectives of measuring the balanced scorecard, the implementation of the balanced scorecard, and the balance of stakeholder value propositions. The results showed the measurement of the balanced scorecard at PT. "X" indicates that the company has a good set of benchmarks in implementing the balanced scorecard. The results also show that several balanced scorecard perspectives are proven to positively impact company performance in all views, including financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. This study is due to the company's ability to correctly identify, formulate and determine stakeholder value propositions through a balanced scorecard approach.
