This Community Service (PkM) aims to share and share knowledge and enlightenment for journal managers in Indonesia on how to manage journals properly and correctly. Then provide tips on preparing for an accredited journal. Besides that, it also helps journal managers to achieve the National Journal Accreditation (Arjuna) SINTA. The methods used are in the form of orientation, lectures, workshops, journal reviews, and evaluations. The method consists of four stages, namely pre-training, training, post-training, and continuous PkM activities. The results obtained by the participants during the training were that they increasingly understood how to manage a good and correct journal. Participants know how to manage journals through open-access journals using open journal systems. Furthermore, after understanding the correct management of journals, participants are more confident in preparing their journals for national journal accreditation. The next stage, is ready to register the journal to be accredited by the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). Abstrak Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk sharing dan berbagi pengetahuan dan pencerahan bagi para pengelola jurnal di Indonesia bagaimana mengelola jurnal dengan baik dan benar. Kemudian memberikan tip-tip tentang persiapan menuju jurnal yang terakreditasi. Selain itu mengantarkan para pengelola jurnal agar bisa meraih Akreditasi Jurnal Nasional (Arjuna) SINTA. Adapun metode yang dilakukan yaitu dalam bentuk orientasi, ceramah, workshop, bedah jurnal, dan evaluasi. Metode tersebut dalam empat tahap yakni pra pelatihan, pelatihan, paska pelatihan, dan kegiatan PkM berkelanjutan. Hasil yang diperoleh peserta selama pelatihan adalah semakin memahami bagaimana mengelola jurnal yang baik dan benar. Peserta mengetahui pengelolaan jurnal melalui open-access journal dengan cara open journal systems. Selanjutnya setelah memahami pengelolaan jurnal yang benar, peserta semakin yakin untuk mempersiapkan jurnalnya menuju akreditasi jurnal nasional. Tahap berikutnya, sudah siap untuk mendaftarkan jurnalnya untuk diakreditasi oleh Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN). Kata Kunci: pelatihan; akreditasi; jurnal; sistem jurnal terbuka
Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada Karang Taruna Kec. Serpong Utara Kota Tangerang Selatan tentang Tantangan Dan Problematika Karang Taruna Sebagai Organisasi Penggerak Pemuda Menghadapi Kera Milenium. Selain itu memberikan pengetahuan akan pentingnya mengelola oragnisasi dan kepemimpinan di dalam berorganisasi. Sasaran kegiatan PKM adalah pemuda Karang Taruna Kec. Serpong Utara Kota Tangerang Selatan Permasalahan diselesaikan melalui tiga (3) tahapan yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan dengan materi sesuai kebutuhan dalam berorganisasi. Hasil kegiatan berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hal ini terlihat dari antusias para peserta. Para peserta memeroleh input dari materi-materi yang disampaikan yang meliputi materi Manajemen Manajemen Konflik dan Organisasi. Kegiatan juga mendapat dukungan penuh dari para civitas kelurahan. Kegiatan ini dinilai menambah khazanah keilmuan bagi para pemuda Karang Taruna.
This Community Service (CS) aims to reduce understanding of Pancasila in the era of globalization when the economy makes goods, services and culture freely flow between countries. The method used is lecture and question and answer discussion. The tool used is google meet. The meeting was conducted boldly. The implementation is carried out in four stages, namely survey, pre-activity, implementation, and PKM report. The target achievement in this CS is that participants can recall about Pancasila so that their behavior can reflect Pancasila. The discussion implemented in PKBM Bhakti Asih is the material of Pancasila and its origins, the dimensions of the globalization era of marketing, human resources, and finance and international trade.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Sewu Segar Primatama either partially or simultaneously. This type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT. Primatama Fresh Sewu. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique and the samples in this study were 62 respondents. The data collection technique is a questionnaire, while the data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the results of the t-test on the work environment variable of 6.846 with a significant value of 0.000. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the results of the t-test on the motivation variable of 4.643 with a significant value of 0.000. Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the results of the f-test of 43,651 with a significant value of 0.000 and the f-table of 3.18. Work Discipline and Work Motivation affect employee performance by 62.1%, this is based on the acquisition of an R-Square of 0.621 or 62.1%. While the remaining 37.9% is influenced by other factors not examined.
This study discusses Building an Institutional Network for Early Prevention of Social Conflict in urban areas, a case study in Bekasi City, West Java Province, Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) to study the institutional network pattern of early prevention of social conflicts (conflicts over erection of places of worship, conflicts of a Primodial nature, and conflict of economic interests) in urban areas, especially Bekasi City, based on three institutional pillars, namely the Regulative pillar, Normative pillars, and Cognitive-cultural Pillars as stated by Scott (2001); (2) analyze other aspects that affect the institutional network in the early prevention system of social conflict in urban areas; and (3) examines the model of institutional networks in early social conflict prevention systems in urban areas. The research method used to explore and identify building institutional networks in early prevention in urban areas is qualitative.
