A inclusão de Pessoas com Deficiência (PCD) é um assunto complexo, sendo necessária sua reflexão para que se evitem desigualdades. Neste sentido, este estudo buscou entender como as empresas planejam a contratação de Pessoas com Deficiência. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas com dois gestores que trabalham com o recrutamento destes profissionais. De acordo com os resultados foi possível identificar que a admissão é feita sem planejamento para enquadrar o candidato com as necessidades da empresa. Detectou-se que os indivíduos são selecionados para que uma legislação seja comprida e a empresa não seja autuada pelos órgãos fiscalizadores.Palavras-chave: Pessoas com deficiência. Inclusão. Planejamento. ____________________________________ ABSTRACTThe inclusion of People with Disabilities (PCD) is a complex subject, and its reflection is needed to avoid inequalities. In this sense, this study sought to understand how companies plan the hiring of People with Disabilities. For that, interviews were conducted with two managers who work with the recruitment of these professionals. According to the results it was possible to identify that the admission is made without planning to fit the candidate with the needs of the company. It was found that individuals are selected so that legislation is long and the company is not assessed by the supervisory bodies.
