This research was conducted at the Berkat Furniture Store, this study aims to create a Web-based furniture sales information system at the Berkat Furniture Store.With this system, it is hoped that it can provide convenience in the process of promoting products to the process of selling furniture, starting from ordering and making it easier for consumers to make transactions online and anywhere without consumers having to come to the store to get a product they want. And in designing the application, the PHP programming language and MySQL database are used which aims to make it easier for users to understand and understand.

Predicting the value of Tin Magneto electrodeposition (MED) is very important since the optimum mass transport occurred at the limiting current. The MED limiting current able to detect using electroanalytical chemistry, but this method is expensive; it needs some method, which able to predict the limiting current of tin MED. However, predicting the limiting current under magnetic field effect is more complicated due to the highly nonlinear characteristic and complicated of its multiple inputs single-output (MISO) system. The nonlinear model that able to predict the limiting current of tin MED is Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs). One of the ANNs which able to simulate the Multiple-Input-Single-Output (MISO) model is the Feed Forward Neural Network (FFNN). In this work, MISO FFNN will model a matrix data set with six variable inputs and one output. The data was obtained from the results of the experiments using electroanalytical chemistry. The output of this model is the limiting current of tin MED, meanwhile, the inputs are by the concentration of tin (Sn2+) in the electrolyte (C), viscosity(v), diffusion coefficient (D), area of the electrode (A), the number of electroactive species (n) and magnetic field strength (B). To get the best model, the performance of FFNN was tested with three variations of the algorithm (Levenberg-Marquardt, Bayesian Regularization, and Scaled Conjugate Gradient) and ten variations of the number of neurons (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50). The best model obtained for this MISO FFNN model is which uses the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm and the highest number of neurons (50 neurons).

This research aims to known the positive and significance influence of the Interactive learning media instructionusing Lectora Inspire based ICTof students class X TKJ SMKN 1Tanjuang Baru. This type of research is descriptive quantitative which using true eksperiment. Selection’s techniques of the informantin this research using simply random sampling which class X TKJ 1A as a class of control without Lectora Inspire aplication instruction in study and class X TKJ 1B as a class of eksperimen with interactive Lectora Inspire aplication. Data collection techniquesusing post test of the student’s examination at each meeting. Data were analyzed by used the statistical methods of normality, homogenenity, and hyphotesis. The results of data analysis showed : 1 ) Hyphotesis that tested by using t-test show that Ho refused and Hi accepted. This mean that interactive multimedia instruction has positive significance effect to learning achievement of the students of SMKN 1 Tanjuang Baru, 2 ) Learning achievement students of eksperiment class is higher than students of control class , 3 ) the percentage of the influence effect are 11% Keywords : influence, Interactive learning media instructionusing Lectora Inspire based ICT

The purpose of this study was to determine how big the influence of profitability and leverage on firm value with financial performance as an intervening variable during the pandemic in the Property & Real Estate Industry Sector Period (2016-2020). in property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2020 a total of 65 companies. While the sample of this study consisted of 38 companies included in property & real estate companies and were selected by purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression data analysis, using computer assistance with SPSS 21 software program. There is no significant effect between profitability and financial performance variables on firm value. And there is a significant influence between the leverage variables on firm value. There is a significant influence between profitability variables on firm value through financial performance as an intervening variable. And there is no significant effect between leverage variables on firm value through financial performance as an intervening variable

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini, menuntut dunia usaha untuk cepat beradapatasi dalam kegiatan promosi dan pemasaran, termasuk kegiatan usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Kelompok Usaha Batu Aliyaa Saiyo dan Kelompok Usaha Sarok Pintar Nagari Duo Koto, Kec. Tanjung Raya, Kabupaten. Agam, Sumatera Barat. Kelompok Usaha Batua Aliyaa Saiyo merupakan kelompok usaha yang bergerak dalam produksi makanan olahan dari rinuak (ikan kecil) yang merupakan ikan endemik dari Danau Maninjau. Kelompok Usaha Sarok Pintar merupakan kel;ompok usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan sampah plastik menjadi produk seperti tas, tempat tisu, dan dompet. Dalam kegiatan promosi dan penjualan, kelompok usaha ini belum memaksimalkan pemanfaat teknologi. Media sosial yang digunakan masih merupakan media sosial atas nama pribadi dan belum mempunyai profile bisnis secara online. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan e-marketing produk UMKM. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan metode pelatihan pemanfaat media sosial dan profile bisnis. Dengan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan diharapkan Kelompok Usaha Batu Aliyaa Saiyo dan Kelompok Usaha Sarok Pintar dapat optimal dalam menggunakan media sosial dan memiliki profile bisnis secara online, sehingga kegiatan promosi dan pemasaran dapat lebih luas, baik skala nasional maupun internasional.
