Latar belakang penelitian ini ialah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi yang identik dengan adanya era disrupsi. Dimana era ini menuntut proses pembelajaran agar mampu mengintegrasikan pemanfaatan media teknologi pada proses kegiatan belajar mengajar IPS di SD kelas tinggi melalui pengembangan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai peran dari pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam mengembangkan literasi digital bagi peserta didik khususnya pada proses belajar mengajar materi IPS SD kelas tinggi. Pendekatan studi literatur merupakan metode yang dipakai pada penelitian yang dilakukan. Dimana penelitian ini bersumber dari beberapa jurnal yang relevan dengan topik bahasan dalam lingkup Peran Media Pembelajaran yang berbasis Teknologi dalam Pembelajaran IPS di SD Kelas Tinggi dan Literasi digital. Hasil penelitian yang di dapat dari penelitian yang dilakukan ialah, pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran IPS di SD kelas tinggi berpengaruh terhadap paradigma pembelajaran IPS yang mampu meningkatkan motivasi, hasil belajar dan literasi digital pada peserta didik.
Every development in a country certainly requires a set of policies to be implemented, including the education sector. This study aims to obtain evidence of scientific studies regarding the relevance of educational policy formulation to implementation in the field. A series of related literature searches in many journals, publications, books, and websites actively discuss education policy and implementation issues to support this study. We can use this data as finding data after going through a series of studies involving a critical evaluation data coding system and concluding after interpreting the data in-depth under a phenomenological approach. The data is genuinely valid and up-to-date. Based on the results of the study and discussion of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of education policy is an action that is closely related to how the administration of education is carried out with full responsibility following the programmed mandate of the constitution, the aim of which is to improve qualified and stately accountable education. It is hoped that this finding will become an essential input for efforts to develop similar studies in future research events.
Community service carried out in the City of Tasikmalaya has the purpose of providing an understanding to the public related to the implementation of Tasikmalaya Mayor Regulation Number 8 of 2016 concerning Implementation of Independent Guidelines, Competitive and Innovative Community Movement Programs in the City of Tasikmalaya and Mayor Regulation No. 3 of 2017 concerning Amendments to Regulations Mayor of Tasikmalaya Number 8 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Independent, Competitive and Innovative Community Movement Programs in the City of Tasikmalaya. The results of this activity were an increase in the knowledge, understanding and motivation of the community to implement the Gema Madani Program and find appropriate assistance patterns related to community empowerment in the context of implementing the Gema Madani Program.Keywords: Implementation, community empowerment.Abstrak : Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Kota Tasikmalaya memiliki tujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait dengan implementasi Peraturan Walikota Tasikmalaya Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Program Gerakan Masyarakat Mandiri, Berdaya Saing dan Inovatif di Kota Tasikmalaya dan Peraturan Walikota Nomor 3 Tahun 2017 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Walikota Tasikmalaya Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Program Gerakan Masyarakat Mandiri, Berdaya Saing dan Inovatif di Kota Tasikmalaya. This literature review aims to discuss the discourse of postponing elections and requests for an extension of the term of office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2024 period. This is an issue that is currently being discussed in the country. On that basis, we have compiled literature discussing the issues above. An information data collection model, and we have to understand something that is currently phenomenal. The review process involves a sharp devaluation of the data, careful coding, and extracting digests that answer the problem with high validity. Our data search was done online on several published data sources that we marketed from 2010 to 2022. Several scientific publications on the political science of regional elections and democracy, especially in Indonesia, have been interviewed. The President of the Republic of Indonesia is a constitutional discourse according to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Therefore all elements have the right to remind the Government and political figures to be loyal and obedient to the official Constitution.
