Antri lama saat mendapatkan pelayanan medis sudah menjadi hal lumrah yang di alami para pasien pada saat berobat atau konsultasi. Pasien harus menunggu cukup lama untuk mendapatkan pelayanan medis dari mulai mendaftar, diperiksa dokter, hingga mendapatkan obat-obatan. Web ini dibuat untuk memudahkan pasien yang ingin berobat atau konsultasi tanpa harus datang langsung ke lokasi. Pasien bisa  memilih waktu pengobatan yang diinginkan dan juga bisa melihat nomor antrian sehingga bisa mengatur jadwal keberangkatan dari rumah. Web ini juga memudahkan pengelola tempat praktek dalam mengelola sistem pendaftaran. Untuk pembuatan web ini digunkan metode User-Centered Design yang mengacu pada user experience calon pengguna. Tujuan utama dari metode tersebut adalah untuk membuat suatu sistem informasi yang user-friendly dengan tingkat usability yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pada tiga kriteria pengujian usability yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna, maka dihasilkan nilai pada pengujian usability menurut efektivitas yaitu 88% , menurut efisiensi yaitu 83% dan menurut kepuasan pengguna sebesar 77,5%. Serta sistem memiliki nilai validitas sebesar 100%.

Fitness is a sports activity that can be done by young to old people. Everyone has their own goals in doing fitness exercises. However, not everyone knows the right way to achieve this goal. To get this information, there are two ways that are commonly done, the first way is by doing self-taught learning which will take time and often does not produce maximum results, the second way is to use the services of a personal trainer. The best way to get a suitable exercise program is to use the services of a personal trainer. However, the costs are not small. Therefore we need a system that has the ability to create a fitness training program like a personal trainer. Seeing the problems faced by beginners in fitness sports, an expert system for webbased fitness training programs is created so that it can be used by the wider community through a web application. The application built is a rulebased expert system with a Forward chaining reasoning engine, using Waterfall as a method of application development and testing with the blackbox method. With this system, it is hoped that it can produce solutions in the form of information about the right fitness training program without having to pay expensive costs.

Greentea Shop uses a usage system scale with 10 questions. The User Experience Questionnaire method itself has 26 questions. The results of collection techniques from observations and interviews from data collection results from user or user needs, namely the display must be as attractive as possible for the convenience of the user or user, the display must have images so that users do not feel bored, the system must be easy to understand. The results of the test using SUS obtained an average score of 86, where the score has a result of 86 percent and is graded A based on the SUS score. aspects obtained: 1.98 attractiveness, 1.08 clarity, 2.08 efficiency, 1.79 accuracy, 2.19 stimulation. and novelty 1.88. All aspects get a positive score.

Rukun tetangga dan rukun warga adalah salah satu organisasi yang dibentuk oleh pemerintahan desa untuk melayani dan mengayomi kebutuhan masyarakat, pengurus rt dan rw harus bisa melayanai permintaan masyarakat seperti pembuatan surat menyurat, pengelolaan data warga dan sebagainya. Namum pada saat ini pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pengurus rt dan rw belum maksimal karena masih menggunakan sistem manual, dimana hambatan yang harus dihadapi oleh proses yang dilakukan secara manual ini adalah aktivitas yang memakan waktu dan resiko kesalahan dalam pencatatan atau validasi data. Oleh karena itu sistem informasi berbasis web ini dapat mengurangi resiko yang dihadapi oleh sistem manual, sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pengurus rt dan rw dapat menjadi lebih maksimal, mudah, efektif, dan efisienl. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem informasi dalam model scrum dan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi manajemen pelayanan masyarakat berbasis website yang dapat diimplementasikan pada proses pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pengurus rt dan rw.

Naïve Bayes is known as one of the methods with the best classification accuracy results for text mining. The research objective is to facilitate customers who will buy a smartphone with the best AI camera without having to read product reviews. So that it can see based on the classification of positive text and label negative text classification. In this study, n-gram is used as a character selector to provide better accuracy results. Based on the results of research conducted, the accuracy of Naïve Bayes results is 72.00%, then Naïve Bayes with n-gram selection accuracy is N-gram = 2, 72.00% accuracy results, n-gram = 3, 75.00% accuracy results, and n-gram = 4 accuracy results 74.50%. In this study, carried out 10 times the experiment to measure the increased accuracy of the addition of n grams. Thus concluding that the application of the n-gram character can increase the accuracy of the Naïve Bayes algorithm.
