Unwanted pregnancy and pregnancy termination generally occurs in adolescents who want to prevent or delay childbirth and have limited access to contraception. Women and girls have unmet contraceptive needs, so that unwanted pregnancies and unsafe abortions are considered normal. The latest data states that 7% of girls aged 15 to 19 will become pregnant and 2% of girls in this age group will have an abortion. Decision making for women before carrying out intentional abortions is influenced by several factors including individual level factors namely marital status, education level, economic independence and whether the woman is a victim of rape or incest. Interpersonal factors such as parent and partner support are also found as influences in decision making, because they have social determinants such as religion and social stigma and norms that exist. The aim of this study was to find out how adolescents make decisions about abortion as an end to unwanted pregnancies.
This study aims to analyze the development of intermediation to economic growth in Indonesia and a significant test whether or not the effect of intermediation on economic growth. From the test results obtained by the coefficient of determination (R2) for multiple linear regression models for 0.916. It means that the independent variables can explain the variation in the dependent variable 91.6% together, then variable t can be seen that variable Interest Rate Loans and lending have a significant effect on economic growth, It is proved that t-count > t-table. Lending to the variable (X1) 7,944 t > t table 2.026, and for variable Interest Rate Loans (X2) 4.521 t-count > t table 2.026. From the analysis has been conducted simultaneously indicates that those independent variables have a significant effect on economic growth, with simultaneous F test results are calculated F value > F 204.012> 3.25. it means that Ho is rejected.
Background: Adolescent pregnancy is a problem that needs to be considered for both clinical and social reasons. In Indonesia more than 2 million young women aged 15-19 years which is around 10% of total births. The birth rate per 1,000 women in those aged 15-19 years is 512 cases. Some pregnant teenagers are reluctant to carry out prenatal care in the early trimester. The initial initiation of antenatal care(ANC) service has benefits of being able to detect the risk factors of early pregnancy, preventing the risk of pregnancy and encouraging a healthy life quality. Method: This Systematic Literature Review is adjusted to the Systematic Literature Review steps, namely Identification of problems, Prioritizing problems and questions, Creating Frameworks, and Literature searching, on two databases (PubMed & Science Direct), Selecting relevant articles which use quantitative methods, Making critical appraisal, Extracting selected paper data, Collecting data and Making maps to answer the questions. Result: The data extracted from the systematic literature review article is arranged into several themes. The author then divides them into subsections , they are:(1) youth experience in antenatal care service, (2)barriers in accessing antenatal care service, and (3)expectations regarding the experience of antenatal care service provided by health workers. Conclution: The negative experience received during a health examination is the most memorable and hurtful experience. The negative experience comes from judgmental words and judgmental attitudes from health professionals. The barriers that occur in accessing health services include long travel time, financial problems, and the stigma surrounding communities about teenage pregnancy. The hopes of adolescents in order to improve the quality of ANC services include health workers who are expected to be able to interact with patients well so that patients feel comfortable.
