The article is devoted to topical issues of creative self-realization of young people with hearing impairment through their inclusion in the profession. Studying at the university is considered as the most important stage determining the career strategies of graduates with hearing impairment. According to the results of the study, a model of their professional implementation was built. The authors showed that the conceptual basis for modeling was: first, a systematic approach to the analysis of activities; second, the concept of disability as a socially constructed phenomenon. The main blocks of the model include motive formation, goals, activity programs, a decision block, and a subsystem of activity-important qualities. The social identity of graduates with hearing restriction is presented as a system-forming factor. Depending on social identity, constructive and nonconstructive career direction of graduates is highlighted.
The problem of interdisciplinary educational integration reflects the realities of the modern world. Rapidly changing technologies set new requirements for the training of specialists capable of innovation. The study of the vertical and horizontal interdisciplinary integration resources for the disciplines of the humanities and management cycle is the purpose of this work. The structure of the article includes a theoretical and methodological analysis and an empirical part, represented by two stages of research (for socio-humanitarian and management disciplines). The article presents the results of modern views on the problem of interdisciplinary integration in higher education. The results of the theoretical analysis showed a mismatch between the depth of the theoretical study of the problem and the success of their practical implementation in the conditions of modern higher professional education. The complexity of the implementation is due to the changed psychological and socio-psychological characteristics of Generation Z students. Based on the theoretical analysis, a typology of interdisciplinary competencies was proposed. The aim of the empirical part of the study was to study the resources of vertical and horizontal integration at a technical university. Based on the empirical research, the possibilities of vertical and horizontal integration of the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian and management cycle were identified. An integrative matrix is presented. A promising direction for this topic is the development of an integrative module “Management workshop”.
The article presents the results of longitudinal research of the intersubject competencies of hearing-impaired students at a technical university. Six competencies have been identified to help these students adapt to the university's inclusive environment: self-development, communication, perception of information, teamwork, activity, social openness. Information and communication technologies are considered as the most important component of intersubject competencies. They contribute to the minimization of communication barriers, and due to this, the development of personal activity. The formation of selected intersubject competencies is considered on the example of intersubject integration of two disciplines of the first course: humanitarian and natural science. The humanitarian course "Workshop on social communications" is aimed at promoting the socio-psychological adaptation of first-year students. The adaptation course "Cognitive technologies of the maintenance of the "Chemistry" is designed to help improve the educational and professional capabilities of hearing-impaired students in the development of fundamental engineering subjects. Organizational, methodological and information technology support for classes is presented. According to the results of the study, the criteria for assessing the dynamics of the intersubject competencies of hearing-impaired students are described.
