Penelitian ini mengungkap persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh dosen. Dengan melakukan ekstraksi dari empat kompetensi dosen (pedagogik, profesional, sosial, dan kepribadian) yang dilanjutkan dengan justifikasi dari tim ahli dihasilkan lima profil utama: umpan balik, metode pembelajaran, penguasaan materi, disiplin, dan sikap dosen. Melalui analisis konjoin ditemukan bahwa kombinasi yang paling dipertimbangkan dan dianggap penting oleh mahasiswa, yaitu dosen yang dalam perkuliahannya menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang mutakhir, dosen yang bersikap wajar terhadap mahasiswanya, dosen yang tidak terlalu tinggi tingkat kedisiplinannya, dosen yang selalu memberikan umpan balik, dan dosen yang mampu mengaplikasikan materi. Persepsi dari ciri-ciri dosen inilah yang diinginkan oleh mahasiswa sehingga dapat memberikan pengaruh atau memotivasi semangat belajar.

Melikan Village, Wedi District, Klaten Regency is an area that is 90% working as traditional pottery craftsmen with one of the rare ceramic-making techniques in the world, namely the tilt rotation technique. This technique turned out to be a feature that distinguished it from the art of printing pottery and ceramics from other regions with a plain brown, blackish color being its hallmark. The products of this craft have been exported to Switzerland and other countries. The purpose of this community service activity includes improving creative skills and innovating in making pottery and glaze crafts. The method applied in this community service activity is through lectures (counseling), mentoring, and the practice of making pottery with glaze. The existence of this community service activity is able to encourage craftsmen to produce pottery that has been coated with glaze so that it can improve the quality of pottery/ceramics so that it is more marketable in the modern market as it is today.
PPSMB 2021 aims to introduce UGM to the new students, which includes the history of phylosiphy and varios regulations in it. It also introduces UGM’s facilities and achievements. The activities which is done include completing various tasks with the theme of UGM identity building character, active role in society, adaptive and successful students, and finally real action for the community in the form of story telling activities to increase respect for the environment of 5-6 years old children. The result of the activities is can be concluded that UGM new students were able to increase the knowledge, self confidence, and empathy for early childhood. The participants of 5-6 years old children are experienced an increase in respect for the environment. In the final stage, the new students are able to carry out all the activities assigned by the committee and get a graduation assessment by the committee.
