Lembar Kerja Praktikum untuk melaksanakan praktikum saat ini umumnya masih� menuntun siswa melaksanakan verifikasi atau� confirmatory saja, sehingga kegiatan praktikum menjadi tidak bermakna, karena hasil praktikum hanya berupa� klarifikasi teori atau konsep saja. LKP yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan praktikum harus mendukung pemerolehan hakikat sains sehingga kegiatan praktikum menjadi bermakna. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan LKP yang dapat memfasilitasi siswa membangun pengetahuan, nilai dan keterampilan dari kegiatan praktikum. Berdasarkan kajian tersebut dikembangkanlah LKP berbasis diagram vee yang memiliki karakteristik pengembangan valuasi biologi, internalisasi pengetahuan, persepsi proses sains, serta transformasi dan analisis. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif . Validator terdiri dari 3 orang ahli dan pada tahap uji coba melibatkan 12 orang guru yang akan menggunakan LKP hasil pengembangan. Hasil uji validasi LKP yang dikembangkan memperoleh nilai 92,5 dengan kategori layak,� hasil penilaian guru untuk karakteristik LKP memperoleh nilai� 3,73/4 dan kebermaknaan memperoleh� nilai� 3,44/4. Abstract. Practicum is a process to gain meaningful knowledge through hands on and minds on activity, thusplan is needed in practicum to connect the conceptual side and methodological side. Vee diagram-based Biology practicum learning was arranged to lower cognitive load of student in designing experiment so the practicum activity become meaningful because the students can see the interesting side in both conceptual side and methodological side. The design that being used in this study was educational study and development. Based on the result of this study, it can be informed that there is lowering of student cognitive load, both in extraneous load and germane load, in designing experiment based on vee diagram
Learning achievement that is currently being assessed, generally focusing only on cognitive domain, this is certainly contradicting to the term of assessment that should be done in accordance with learning achievement stated in curriculum. Authentic assessment needs right instrument to assess learning achievement. One of the instruments needed is assessment rubric. The rubric that currently been used does not have the same standard, which is not accordance with the principals of assessment. Based on that study, the assessment rubric is developed, consisting four components; job description, scale, dimension, and dimension description. The data was descriptively analyzed. Analysis of suitability of developed rubric was empirically tested to 98 students. The result showed validity of rubric using factor analysis is between 0.29 � 0.96, the reliability judgement using Cronbach alfa coefficient is 0.85 for argumentation skill and presentation skill, and 0.86 for problem solving skill and journal analysis.Keywords: authentic; rubric; validity; reliability.
The literacy skills of science and technology in Indonesia is still low, and results from study science in Indonesia is still categorized as low. One of the efforts is the use of effective learning media that can ultimately improve the quality of learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the increase of science and technology literacy through interactive multimedia-based learning on the material of pollution impact for life. This study is Quasi Experiment with one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study are all students of class VII of MTsN 7 Majalengka. The research sample is class VII E as many as 40 people. Analysis of the data used is normality test, homogeneity Wilcoxon test data from pretest and posttest. From this research found: 1) Characteristic of interactive multimedia based learning is video displays, video content, animations, contains questions, and narration to clarify video displays. 2) Characteristics of interactive multimedia is to have more than one media convergent (in the form of images, animation and video), interactive which is able to accommodate a user response, and be independent ie interactive multimedia provide convenience and completeness of the content so that it can use it without the guidance of others. 3) interactive multimedia-based learning can improve students' science literacy and technology in the material impact of pollution for life, by giving the conclusion increase is being considered. 4) Based on the results of questionnaires given to students after learning science by using interactive multimedia, student responses to the use of interactive multimedia, including in the medium category, meaning that most of the students in the experimental class had a good response to the interactive multimedia-based learning in science subjectsKeywords: Interactive Multimedia; Based Learning; �Literacy of Science; Technology
The purpose of this research is to improve the science process skills and students' scientific attitude through the use of practicum-based learning. The method used is quasy experiment. The research design used is Nonequivalent Control-Group Design. Sampling technique of this research using purposive random sampling. Data collection techniques are: test, observation and questionnaire techniques. The research was conducted at one of Vocational High School in Cirebon City, SMK RISE Kedawung Cirebon. The implementation of this practicum-based learning can be fully (100%) implemented. Practicum-based learning is able to improve students' science process skills before the learning (pretest) the average student score is 38.13, while after learning is 85.27. N-Gain obtained in each indicator of science process skill are observation, prediction, and use a tool or material or source are 1 (one); apply the concept, communicate, interpretation are 0.90;� to plan an experiment is 0,74; The hypothesized is 0.62. The value of improvement students' science process skill indicator based on the highest observation is the indicator of using the tool or the material or the source 47, and the lowest is indicator 28. Improvement scientific attitudes of students based on the highest is prioritizes the proof indicator� 48, and the lowest is the indicator of a positive attitude to failure 28.
