Informatization of postmodern society is a promising path to economic, social and educational development. The informatization of education is aimed at the formation and development of the intellectual potential of the nation, the improvement of the forms and content of the educational process, the introduction of computer teaching and testing methods, allows solving problems at the highest level, taking into account world requirements. One of the important directions in the development of informatization of education in the context of a pandemic is new computer technologies. Interactivity, intensification of the learning process, feedback - are the real advantages of these technologies, which necessitated their application in various fields of human activity, primarily in those related to education and professional training. Now, in a pandemic, the number of studies has noticeably increased, the subject of which was the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The article deals with the problem of psychological and didactic aspects of the introduction of information communication technologies in the process of teaching students of higher educational institutions. An analysis of the problems and prospects of using information communication technologies in higher educational institutions was carried out, as a guarantee of building an intensive process of assimilating knowledge, skills, and abilities of students of higher educational institutions.
The purpose of the study is to monitor the quality of the work of experts when they conduct accreditation examinations of educational programs. Today, the key element of accreditation of educational programs is the assessment of the activities of higher education institutions on this program by an independent visiting expert group. The expert group is formed for the educational program and consists of three people: two authoritative scientific and pedagogical (scientific) workers who have experience in educational activities in the relevant specialty and one authoritative representative of the student body who has experience in training in this specialty (in t of a graduate student, if it comes to accreditation of third-level higher education programs). The result of the study is the identification of key aspects of the features of monitoring the quality of the work of experts when they conduct accreditation examinations of educational programs
У статті представлено нормативно-правові документи, що регулюють сучасний порядок процедури ліцензування у сфері вищої освіти України, як виду господарської діяльності. Обґрунтовано зміст поняття процедури ліцензування освітньої діяльності та окремих її складових. Охарактеризовано освітні послуги, що підлягають ліцензування у сфері вищої освіти. Автором систематизовано та упорядковано кадрові вимоги щодо започаткування та провадження освітньої діяльності у процедурі ліцензування у сфері вищої освіти. Також на основі власного досвіду узагальнено окремі дискусійні питання щодо кадрового забезпечення, виявлені під час проходження процедури ліцензування освітньої діяльності у сфері вищої освіти.
