The purpose of this study is to develop recommendations for the coal mining industry efficiency strategic management. The authors developed a mathematical economic models to maximize the net present value of the index of companies in the composition of the coal mining industry and calculated the efficiency of Russian enterprises in the composition of the coal mining industry in Russia in 2013 using MathCad. The authors identified the main problems of coal mines and in the quality of their solutions offer an innovative approach to strategic management of the industry of the country, which includes: establishing a common standard in the monitoring, analysis and evaluation of the situation, management decision-making at all levels of corporate and public governance; elimination of dogmatism in the organization of corporate and public governance, encouraging maximum independence and initiative of corporate management in the framework of national development strategies; Schooling management training to all levels of management autonomy, rapid, and therefore efficient and effective management within the company's strategy; creation of a unified and transparent system of monitoring of management decisions and increase the level of responsibility of managers at all levels and branches of government for the implementation of the national strategy, and within it is a strategy of smaller entities. The result of the joint implementation of the proposed principles in the organization of strategic management at different levels of management should be a combination of freedom in solving economic problems and personal initiative managers.
Целью исследования является изучение международного опыта инклюзивных экономик и их частичная адаптация в российские бизнес-процессы коммерческого сектора экономики. Методологическую базу исследования представляет собой рейтинговый анализ, статистическая выборка, ряды динамики. Результаты исследования. По результатам проведенного рейтингового межстранового анализа были выявлены «точки спада», препятствующие развитию российского коммерческого сектора экономики: коррупция, налоговые ставки, доступ к финансированию, инфляция, налоговое регулирование, недостаточно образованная основная рабочая сила (низший и средний уровень), нестабильность политики, низкая трудовая этика в национальной рабочей силе, неравномерное развитие инфраструктуры в регионах и городах России. Коррективы вышеперечисленных препятствий позволят России усилить бизнес-среду, формируя конкурентоспособность и устойчивость коммерческого сектора экономики. Перспектива исследования. В современных конкурентных условиях с переходом на импортозамещение коммерческий сектор экономики нуждается в модернизации: для обеспечения эффективности функционирования коммерческого сектора экономики (в России на долю коммерческого сектора экономики приходится 82 % всех предприятий и организаций) предлагается усиление деловой репутации — разработка сервис-ориентированных бизнес процессов для коммерческого сектора российской экономики в условиях усиления индустрии 4.0–4.1 на единой платформе. В качестве инструмента предлагается проведение мониторинга по единым сбалансированным показателям для более прозрачного видения экономики российских предприятий, отраслей.
The article presents an empirical study results of the development of the need for reading in primary schoolchildren. In the theoretical part, the definition of the need for reading is given as an internal spiritual need, which in terms of meaning is delimited with the concept of «reading need» associated with motivations for reading. The conclusions presented in the study are based on the results of an expert survey (n = 91) conducted in schools of the Krasnodar Territory among primary school teachers. With the help of empirical research, the level of development needs for reading in primary school students was studied, the content of reading needs was determined, that is, the system of incentives for reading. The types of reading needs were determined empirically by means of factor analysis, the results of which made it possible to identify and describe 4 latent types of reading needs. The article also presents a methodology for determining the degree of mismatch between a reading attitude and real behavior (initiative and diligence), which was measured using vector indices. As a result of empirical research, it was found that the level of development needs for reading in primary schoolchildren is below the average, while this level is significantly lower in boys than in girls. It was also found that girls have a low mismatch between attitude and real behavior, which indicates an approximate correspondence of the need for reading and independence in the process of reading as a behavioral act. In boys, indicators of the mismatch of attitudes and behavior indicate a tendency to rational choice of a book with a low level of emotional need to read it.
