The focus of this research is to analyze how the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning in the Technical Implementation Unit, Personality Development Course Sriwijaya University during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is because this pandemic condition requires educators to find the right formulation in learning process of Islamic religious education. The learning process used at this time is the online method, which has both positive and negative impacts. In the actualization of its implementation there are obstacles from both students and educators. The purpose of this study was to find out how the stages of implementing Islamic Religious Education learning consisting of Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling/Evaluating, as well as to find out the obstacles of its implementation. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Where the data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the learning activity was in accordance with the application of Islamic Religious Education learning management principles during the Covid-19 period. Nevertheless, the facilities needed in the online learning process still need improvement, such as the use of content in E-Learning and the use of B3. The problems encountered were sometimes caused by a lack of internet signal. The level of technological readiness from this research is expected to be able to answer the challenges of lecturers at Sriwijaya University in particular and in general in the world of other education.
Attention to Human Resources within an organization is critical to gaining employee commitment as expected. Employee commitment itself is influenced by many factors, including compensation and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of Compensation and Job Satisfaction. This study aims to clarify the effect of compensation and job satisfaction to employee commitment to the organization. Compensation should be able to trigger the desired behavior in organizations such good performance, loyalty and responsibility on organizational commitment. While job satisfaction is the compatibility between one's expectations that arise in return provided by the job. So if the company can provide appropriate compensation and employee expectations employee satisfaction with the job may have given the company, the employee will have a high level of commitment to the work place. The population of this research is all the administrative staff of: PT.Lintang Sarana Media Malang The sampling technique used is total sampling with a sample of 40 people. Collecting the results was conducted by questionnaire and the results were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.
This study aimed to provide an overview of the implementation of the method of educating with heart on student character formation at MTS Nurul Iman Modong, Tanah Abang District, Pali. The research method used was a qualitative method. Data were taken through observation and interviews. Respondents consisted of 20 students of grade 3 of Mts Nurul Iman Modong. The data obtained from observation and interview were then analyzed by using interactive analysis through several components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The learning used in this research was the method of educating by heart. This study provided illustration that, through the concept of educating with heart can lead to a good, have moral and character generations.
Salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yakni kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pembinaan tentang baca al-qur’an dengan hukum bacaan nun mati atau tanwin ketika bertemu dengan huruf hijaiyah. Hal ini dilakukan karena banyaknya anggota masyarakat terutama anak anak yang belum memahami bahkan belum tau tentang hukum bacaan tajwid seperti ketika ada nun matai atau tanwin bertemu dengan huruf hijaiyah. Kegiatan merupakan kegiatan lanjutan dari kegiatan sebelumnya yakni mengajarkan membaca al-qur’an namun sebatas membaca dan untuk lanjutannya yakni hukum bacaan tajwid karena hal ini sangat penting dilakukan. Karena belajar dan mengajarkan al-Qur’an merupakan kewajiban bagi kaum muslimin dan muslimat, dan ketika kita membaca al-qur’an dengan salah maka akan berdosa.oleh karena itu kegiatan ini sangat perlu dilakukan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi pengetahuan kepada masyarakat khusunya bagi anak-anak yang di Kebon Raya kelurahan Indralaya Raya kecamatan Indralaya Kabupaten Ogan Ilir bagaimana cara membaca al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar menurut ilmu Tajwid terutama hukum bacaan nun mati atau tanwin bertemu dengan huruf hijaiyah, baik bacaan izhar halqi, ikhfa hakiki, iqlab, dan idghom bila ghunnah serta idghom ma’al ghunah. Karena ketika kita salah membaca huruf al-Qur’an maka akan berpegaruh kepada makna atau arti dari ayat tersebut. Metode yang di gunakan dengan ceramah, praktek dan simulasi mencari contoh yang ada dalam al-Qur’an. Hasil dari kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi mereka khususnya kepada mereka yang belum sama sekali pernah belajar membaca al-Qur’an menurut hukum bacaan ilmu tajwid serta bagi mereka yang pernah belajar untuk mengingatkan kembali pelajaran mereka. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari nilai rata rata sebelum kegiatan yakni 50 dan rata rata nilai sesudah kegiatan 70. Dan kegiatan ini perlu tindak lanjutan mengingat begitu pentingnya belajar al-qur’an beserta tajwidnya.
