This article examines the phenomenon of underage marriage in Bittuju, South Tapanuli. Many people who are still underage apply for marriage in the Religious Courts, especially because of the change in Law No. 1 of 1974 to Perma No. 5 of 2019. This research is descriptive qualitative, by conducting observations, interviews and document studies. The data analysis technique carried out by the researcher is a qualitative analysis by describing clearly and in depth the underage marriage. The results of this study conclude that underage marriages that occur in Bittuju, South Tapanuli are self-willed and factors of pregnancy outside marriage
Abstract. The background of this research is the multicultural situation in Indonesia. Indonesia's wealth is a source of strength as well as a potential source of problems. Many conflicts arise because of fanaticism and lack of tolerance. Multicultural education is considered very relevant to the Qur'an which contains universal values. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is about the values of multicultural education in the Qur'an Surah Al-Hujurat verse 13 and the relevance of multicultural education to Islamic education. This study aims to determine the values of multicultural education contained in the letter Al-Hujurat verse 13 and the relevance of multicultural education with Islamic education. This research is a type of library research, namely research in which the object of research is explored through various library sources. To discuss the problems in this research, the preparation uses a maudu'i interpretation study approach. This method the author uses to analyze verses that talk about the same theme, which then relates the preparation to an explanation of multicultural education. So that a common ground can be found, that the Qur'an has also explained the multicultural values contained in it. The results of this study indicate that multicultural education in Q.S Al-Hujurat verse 13 contains 1) the values of multicultural education: a) peace, b) justice, c) brotherhood, d) respect and respect, e) tolerance. 2) multicultural education is very relevant to the goals of Islamic education that students are expected to become human beings with noble character and can appreciate the diversity of cultures around them. Multicultural education is very important to be taught as an educational science that is needed by all people. Abstrak. Penelitian ini berlatar belakang karena keadaan Indonesia yang multikultur. Kekayaan yang dimiliki Indonesia merupakan sumber kekuatan sekaligus sumber potensi timbulnya persoalan. Banyak konflik yang timbul karena fanatisme dan kurang nya sikap toleransi. Pendidikan multikultural dirasa sangat relevan dengan A-Qur’an yang mengandung nilai-nilai universal. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengenai nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam AlQur’an surat Al-Hujurat ayat 13 dan relevansi pendidikan multikultural dengan pendidikan islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan multiultural yang terkandung dalam surat Al-Hujurat ayat 13 dan relevansi pendidikan multikultural dengan pendidikan islam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian jenis library research, yaitu penelitian di mana objek penelitiannya digali lewat berbagai sumber kepustakaan. Untuk membahas permasalahan-permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, penyusunan menggunakan pendekatan kajian tafsir maudu’i.metode ini penulis gunakan untuk menganalisis ayat-ayat yang membicarakan tema yang sama, yang kemudian penyusunan kaitkan dengan paparan mengenai pendidikan multikultural. Sehingga dapat ditemukan titik temu, bahwa Al-Qur’an pun telah menjelaskan nilai-nilai multikultural yang terkandung di dalamnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pendidikan multikultural dalam Q.S Al-Hujurat ayat 13 mengandung 1) nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural : a) perdamaian, b) keadilan, c) persaudaraan, d) menghargai dan menghormati, e) toleransi. 2) pendidikan multikultural sangat relevan dengan tujuan pendidikan islam bahwa siswa diharapkan dapat menjadi manusia yang berakhlak mulia dan dapat menghargai keberagaman budaya di sekitarnya. Pendidikan multikultural sangat penting untuk di ajarkan sebagai ilmu pendidikan yang sangat di butuhkan oleh semua kalangan.
This paper aims to analyze and examine the developmental model of social fiqh in the era of society 5.0 and its implications for the social life of modern society in the 21st century AD. The research method uses a literature review by collecting various appropriate and supportive literature on social fiqh studies, such as the works of KH Sahal Mahfudz and KH Ali Yafi. The study results show that social fiqh in the 5.0 era will increase the ease of access and progress in people's lives concerning social, cultural, economic, and political issues by prioritizing the values of the public benefit. The development of social fiqh in the era of society 5.0 is a step to alleviate the increasingly complex problems of the people. Social fiqh also educates and guides humans to become advanced, independent, prosperous, tolerant, moderate, balanced, and just human beings.
Saat ini media sosial sudah banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat Indonesia, termasuk di Tapanuli Selatan. Media sosial yang sedang ramai diperbincangkan, yang sedang ngetren saat ini adalah aplikasi tik-tok yang di dalamnya terdapat video-video yang sesuai dengan kontennya menari dengan iringan musik, dan berbagai konten nyanyian, konten program studi, dan juga berbagai konten lainnya. konten kreatif. Kecanduan tiktok membuat penggunanya lupa akan kewajibannya, lupa akan tanggung jawabnya dan akhirnya berakhir dengan perceraian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perceraian yang disebabkan oleh aplikasi tiktok untuk digunakan sebagai tindakan kebaikan bagi pengguna aktif. Sasaran dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Tabasel. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir bahwa masyarakat Tapanuli Selatan sebagian besar menjadi faktor keretakan rumah tangga dan perceraian yang dipengaruhi oleh aplikasi Tik Tok. Penggunaan aplikasi Tik Tok yang tidak bijak melahirkan kebiasaan-kebiasaan buruk baru seperti kemerosotan moral, pengikisan kesantunan, melalaikan kewajiban dan tidak memiliki rasa tanggung jawab.

For coaching effectiveness, it is required data as the basis of coaching itself. This study aims to determine how the performance of managers in managing endowments. This study found that of the planning of the program, 62.7% of the endowment managers surveyed have had the vision, mission, goals and programs. However, only 31.03% of the managers who have to write it in the form of documentation. Only about a quarter of the endowment managers surveyed that have plans to manage productive endowments, the rest undecided. In terms of activity, endowment managers in question can be grouped in a very passive endowment managers. It can be seen from the percentage of the object transition process of private property into endowment property manager that 82.76% is the result of property owner initiatives.
