Indonesia already has policies that pay attention to environmental aspects so that the development can keep running by maintaining the natural conditions. One of the policies that have been made is green banking. The green banking policy requires the support of stakeholders who have a role as an enforcer. This study uses a quantitative approach to measure the implementation of funds used by banks in the financing of industrial projects. The database is based on the Sustainable Equity and Responsible Investment (SRI) index -KEHATI, one of the indices that the indicator of stock price movement in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), but focus on banking data practicing green banking system. The result of this study shows that the bank has a responsibility to the environmental risks of the project to be run by the company where the investment funds or lending of the bank. The green banking policy requires the support of stakeholders who have a role as an enforcer. Stakeholders in green banking are groups of people or individuals who have an essential part to achieve goals, and Sustainable development can be realized well if this policy is implemented, not just a formal requirement in following the current international trend.
Pandemi virus Corona-19 menyebabkan kesulitan ekonomi. Kondisi ini juga dialami ribuan pemulung di Bantar Gebang, Kota Bekasi. Harga sampah terus menurun selama pandemi. Padahal, selain bisa dijual ke pabrik daur ulang, limbah plastik dan kardus juga dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi kerajinan tangan dengan nilai jual yang tinggi. Pengoptimalan usaha mikro limbah melalui pemberdayaan pemulung, dilakukan melalui jejaring Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Al Falah Sumur Batu dengan menyediakan layanan pendidikan gratis bagi para pemulung. Pelatihan keterampilan yang diberikan adalah pembuatan produk berbahan limbah. Untuk menghasilkan produk bernilai jual, pelatihan keterampilan diarahkan pada kualitas dan branding produk, diantaranya: (1) pelatihan desain produk, (2) pelatihan pembuatan produk, (3) branding kemasan produk, dan (4) pelatihan pemasaran online berbasis e-commerce, yang sangat sesuai dengan promosi produk di masa pandemi Covid-19. Pelatihan kewirausahaan ini memiliki tujuan sosial dan berbasis pada kegiatan sosial. Oleh sebab itu, pemulung juga diberikan penyuluhan motivasi kewirausahaan dan pelatihan keterampilan manajerial kewirausahaan. Selain itu dilakukan pendampingan kepada pemulung, agar upaya menumbuhkembangkan kegiatan usaha mikro pada para pemulung dapat terwujud dan berjalan dengan baik. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: (1) terbentuknya usaha mikro yang mampu memberikan penghasilan tambahan kepada pemulung, dan (2) terciptanya produk barang hasil produksi pemulung yang layak dipasarkan.
Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dalam rangka mendukung upaya pengentasan kemiskinan melalui pendekatan pemberdayaan para pemulung, di kelurahan Sumur Batu, kecamatan Bantar Gebang, kota Bekasi. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan PKM adalah menumbuhkembangkan usaha mikro bagi para pemulung, yang kesehariannya bekerja di TPA dan belum tersentuh ketrampilan kewirausahaan. Solusi dan metode pada program PKM ini dengan memberikan pendampingan, penyuluhan serta pelatihan ketrampilan kepada para pemulung sesuai kondisi mitra serta limbah yang dimiliki pada wilayahnya, hingga mampu menghasilkan produk unggulan bernilai ekonomis serta dibutuhkan oleh pasar. Pelatihan yang diberikan juga akan mencakup teknis produksi, desain produk, branding kemasan produk serta pemasaran berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang sangat sesuai dengan promosi produk di masa pandemic Covid-19. Kepada mitra pemulung diberikan pula penyuluhan motivasi kewirausahaan dan pelatihan ketrampilan manajerial kewirausahaan, yang di dalamnya mencakup manajemen produksi, manajemen keuangan, akuntansi sederhana dan manajemen pemasaran. Selain itu, dilakukan pendampingan kepada mitra, agar upaya menumbuhkembangkan kegiatan usaha mikro pada para pemulung dapat terwujud dan berjalan dengan baik. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: (1) terbentuknya usaha mikro yang mampu memberikan penghasilan tambahan kepada pemulung, dan (2) terciptanya produk barang hasil produksi pemulung yang layak dipasarkan.
Increasing the number of ship repair that make improvements it can be ensured that the greater the level of pollution will occur. Facilities (Infrastructure) is very helpful to minimize the pollution that will occur when ship repair. If the conditions of Infrastructure make it possible to flourish nowadays, which will further improve environmental performance. Development to improve domestic shipyard Infrastructure sustainability is very importance since 20% of national ship repair is still undertaken in foreign shipyard. This indicates that the ability of national shipyards still need to be improved especially in the infrastructure and facilities sector as production supports. This paper used data sample was undertaken in State-Owned Shipyard industry located in North Jakarta. Data analysis was undertaken starting from the ship entry, repair process until the accomplishment of ship repair. This research is testing the chemical impacts with related chemical parameters around the shipyard. the results showed that dangerous chemical concentrations were located around the shipyard and threatened the surrounding aquatic ecosystems. there needs to be management of shipbuilding infrastructure management that can minimize hazardous waste, especially basic storage. Basically the improvement of shipyard infrastructure can be undertaken if the ship repair process keeps increasing.
<span>Air pollution is a global issue that has a harmful impact on living things and the environment. It is commonly recognized that bioremediation, including the use of tree plants, helps reduce air pollution. Tree plants can respond physically to air pollution. The value of the air pollution tolerance index (APTI) can be used to determine the physiological response. Based on APTI values, this study seeks to determine the tolerance levels and physiological response differences of six tree plant species (<em>Mangifera indica, Pterocarpus indicus</em>, <em>Cerbera odollam</em>, <em>Pometia pinnata</em>, <em>Syzygium myrtifolium</em>, and <em>Swietenia macrophylla</em>) in Pulogadung Industrial Estate, East Jakarta and Universitas Indonesia (UI) Campus, Depok. Environmental factors and APTI values with relative water content parameters, leaf extract pH, ascorbic acid content, and total chlorophyll content were measured in six kinds of tree plants at both research sites. The maximum APTI score in the Pulogadung Industrial Estate was 9.79 0.13, indicating that <em>Mangifera indica</em> plants are air pollution tolerant. Meanwhile, <em>Pterocarpus indicus </em>is classified as sensitive to air pollution, with the lowest APTI score of 6.59 0.18 at the UI Campus, Depok. The APTI test results revealed that tolerant species had high relative water content (RWC) values and ascorbic acid concentration, whereas sensitive species had low RWC values and poor total chlorophyll content.</span>
