This research about "Effect of Recruitment and Compensation against Employee Performance with Monitoring of Work as Moderating Variables at PT. Titian Abadi Lestari ". The dependent variable in this research is the employee's performance. Independent variable is the recruitment and compensation. As well moderating variables in this research is monitoring of work. Population and sample in this research is all employees or as many as 70 people. The analysis method used in this research is to test the feasibility of the data, test hypotheses and test moderating variable. Test result of Feasibility data proves the questionnaire is valid and reliable. While testing the hypothesis partially and simultaneously prove that the recruitment and compensation jointly and significant positive effect on employee performance. The test results proved that the moderating variable the monitoring of work is pure moderating because of the effect results Z to Y on the first output and the effect of the interaction Z * X1 on the second output, one of them is significant. So monitoring of work affect recruitment and compensation moderating on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of raw material requirements planning and the empirical study of raw materials quality control towards the success of production process at PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta. The company has been established since 1974 or had been around for 40 years. The sample that will be studied in this paper is derived from the monthly report data from PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta from the period of January 2013 to December 2015. This study analyzes the relationship between effect of raw material requirements planning and the empirical study of raw materials quality control towards production process at PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta. Statistic method used in this study is the multiple linear regression to first test the classical assumption. The results indicate that the raw material requirements planning has a partially positive influence towards the smoothness of the production process at PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta. The raw materials quality control has a partially negative influence towards the smoothness of production process at PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta. This Community Service Program aims to empower the people of Cileuksa Village to improve the community's economy through MSMEs. Cileuksa Village is one of the villages in Sukajaya District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. In the village of Cileuksa there is also a lack of awareness in managerial business management and tax aspects of MSMEs. Success in managing a business is largely determined by the expertise of business actors in obtaining sources of capital and procedures for managing finances, plus knowledge in terms of regulations such as taxation and related rules in the MSME business sector, such as MSME taxes and regulations regarding goods for consumption must be fulfilled and implemented. Limited knowledge is one of the challenges that must be faced by rural communities in managing their business, so that village MSME businesses can run, it is necessary to have socialization on how to obtain and manage MSME capital and know taxation.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merekomendasikan cara-cara alternatif untuk membantu meminimalisir biaya dalam proses produksi dengan metode peramalan produksi di periode yang akan datang. UKM tersebut harus menyesuaikan dengan baik tingkat produksi yang akan dilakukan dengan tingkat permintaan yang diminta oleh konsumen agar tidak menimbulkan pemborosan yang berupa meningkatnya/tingginya biaya penyimpanan yang diakibatkan oleh menumpuknya persediaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder bersumber dan UKM produk Tas Wanita yang berupa data produksi dan data penjualan produk Tas Wanita.Menggunakan metode peramalan yaitu metode Last Square untuk mengetahui peramalan produksi di periode yang akan datang. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa UKM tersebut dapat menerapkan perencanaan produksi aggregate metode transportasi dengan tenaga kerja berubah untuk mengetahui perlu atau tidaknya penambahan dan pengurangan karyawan serta perlu atau tidaknya jam lembur guna meminimalkan biaya produksi diperiode yang akan datang.Kata kunci: perencanaan aggregate, metode transportasi, peramalan dengan metode last square, meminimalkan biaya.

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menentukan lokasi usaha yang strategis dan fast respons pada UMKM Desa Sipayung agar tepat sasaran. Adapun penentuan lokasi tersebut memiliki faktor-faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan antara lain dilihat dari lingkungan masyarakat, kedekatan dengan pasar, adanya tenaga kerja yang murah, kedekatan dengan bahan mentah, tersedianya fasilitas dan biaya transportasi serta tersedianya lahan untuk perluasan usahanya. Sedangkan kegunaan khususnya bagi masyarakat Desa Sipayung lebih memahami bagaimana caranya menentukan lokasi usaha yang strategis dan menganalisa biaya lokasi yang tepat agar diperoleh perbandingan ekonomi dan lokasi yang sesuai dengan mengidentifikasi biaya tetap dan variabelnya sehingga akan dapat ditentukan mana yang termasuk biaya yang lebih efisien dan efektif dalam penentuan lokasi usaha yang strategis untuk UMKM tersebut. Sedangkan yang dimaksud dengan fast respons disini agar masyarakat Desa Sipayung cepat tanggap dalam menghadapi permintaan pasar dan persaingan usaha. Untuk itu diperlukan tips bagi fast respons yaitu perlu adanya komunikasi yang baik, perlu informasi yang tepat, dan rasa nyaman serta berani untuk menghadapi masalah yang ada.Kata kunci: Penentuan lokasi usaha yang strategis, Fast Respons, Komunikasi yang baik dan perluasan usaha
