Kesiapsiagaan keluarga terhadap bencana perlu ditingkatkan karena bencana tidak dapat diprediksi. Kesiapsiagaan keluarga terhadap bencana berupa strategi koping dan resilience keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi koping terhadap resilience keluarga daerah rawan bencana. Penelitian ini menggunakan design penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Lokasi penelitian di Pulau Pasaran Kota Bandar Lampung. Teknik pemilihan lokasi menggunakan purposive sampling, sedangkan teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan syarat keluarga yang memiliki anak usia dini. Jumlah sampel 55 keluarga. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji deskriptif dan uji pengaruh. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa rata-rata responden memiliki strategi koping pada kategori sedang. Sementara itu, rata-rata responden juga menyatakan memiliki resilience keluarga pada kategori tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kompetensi kepribadian guru PAUD dalam program PPG, (2) motivasi kerja guru PAUD dalam program PPG, (3) pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian terhadap motivasi kerja guru PAUD dalam program PPG; dan (4) seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian terhadap motivasi kerja guru PAUD dalam program PPG Universitas Lampung tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost-facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh guru PAUD peserta program PPG Universitas Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kompetensi kepribadian dan angket motivasi kerja. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana, dan koefisien diterminan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi kepribadian gu,ru PAUD dalam program PPG berada pada kategori “cukup baik” ditunjukkan dengan nilai rata-rata 84,14, (2) motivasi kerja guru PAUD dalam program PPG berada pada kategori “baik” ditunjukkan dengan nilai rata-rata 83,86, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi kepribadian terhadap motivasi kerja guru PAUD dalam Program PPG, ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung 2,130 > t tabel 1,701,dan (4) kontribusi kompetensi kepribadian terhadap motivasi kerja guru PAUD dalam Program PPG sebesar 14,9%, sisanya 85,1% ditentukan oleh faktor lain. The purpose of this study is to find out the knowledge and understanding of kindergarten teachers about moral intelligence, especially the supporting and inhibiting factors for its development. Because the existing knowledge and understanding can be the basis for teachers in stimulating the development of children's moral intelligence. The design used a quantitative descriptive method, with test data collection techniques. This research was conducted from April to September 2018. Involving 22 teachers from 13 Kindergartens in Bandar Lampung. The results showed the teacher understood enough about the understanding of moral intelligence, what factors were supporting the development of children's moral intelligence, what factors were inhibiting the development of children's moral intelligence, the things teachers had done to develop children's moral intelligence at school and how parental involvement in developing children's moral intelligence at school. However, a sufficient understanding of the teacher cannot guarantee the development of children's moral intelligence properly. A good level of understanding is still needed so that the development of children's moral intelligence can develop more optimally.
The problem in this study is the attitude of children who show that they are still concerned with their own interests. The study aims to analyze the relationship between maternal attahment and social emotional intellegence of children aged 5 – 6 years. This research uses quantitative research with corelational method. The research sample was taken using a random sampling technique or a random technique as many as 130 respondens in Kindergarten (TK) Kalianda District, Lampung Province. Analysis of the data used is product moment coreelation. The results showed a correlation of 0,762 which means that there is a strong relationship between attachment to the mother and the emotional social intelligence of children aged 5 – 6 years.
The aimed of the study to describe the empathy of children aged 5-6 years. The writer used a descriptive quantitative method. The sample of the study was 41 children aged 5-6 years from Kindergarten in Segala Mider Village of Bandar Lampung which took by using purposive sampling. In collecting data the writer used observation. Analyzing the data was used descriptive analysis. The results showed that most of the children had empathy in the low category (4,46 percent).
