The purpose of this study is trying to see the effect of the transformational leadership to the job satisfaction, which already explain in the literature review that when the problem are simple and clear it was best to use transactional leadership, but when the company getting bigger then it supposed to use the transformational leadership, however in central java perspectives, these company is not that small yet is not that big as well. Then we do assume that the leader should be transformational and yet transactional. To test the hypothesized model, this study uses a survey questionnaire research design and a quantitative approach, Data collection by researchers is done by sending questionnaires to employees of the middle manager (supervisor; manager) level at 6 textile companies in Central Java Province via email. This shows that the data taken can be said to represent the condition of textile companies in Solo City, Central Java Province of the Republic of Indonesia.
Abstrak: Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) merupakan sektor bisnis yang dominan di Indonesia. Inovasi merupakan hal yang serius untuk dilakukan di kalangan UKM karena diperlukan untuk bertahan dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif di era digitalisasi dan pandemi Covid-19. Pengetahuan adalah sumber daya yang berharga untuk menciptakan inovasi organisasi dan knowledge structure dapat ditingkatkan melalui knowledge sharing behavior. Sayangnya, knowledge sharing mungkin tidak meningkatkan inovasi di beberapa organisasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara knowledge sharing dan innovative work behavior dengan organizational climate sebagai moderator. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis partial least square dengan 97 responden dari 45 UKM di Indonesia. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing behavior berpengaruh terhadap innovative work behavior. Pada UKM yang inovatif, memiliki tingkat afiliasi yang baik dan saling mendukung, pengaruh knowledge sharing behavior terhadap innovative work behavior lebih tinggi. Studi ini memberikan bukti bahwa perilaku knowledge sharing behavior harus dipertimbangkan untuk meningkatkan inovasi organisasi. Selanjutnya, pemilik UKM harus mempromosikan inovasi dan iklim yang mendukung untuk meningkatkan knowledge sharing yang akan berdampak pada perilaku inovatif. Kata kunci: knowledge sharing behavior, innovative work behavior, organizational climate, small and medium entreprise.
This study aims to assess the innovation activities of retail companies affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic. The population and sample in this study are retail trade sub-sector companies listed on the IDX that published an annual report in 2021. Annual attachment coding schemes of retail trade sub-sector companies are based on technical, functional, temporal, spatial and social value components innovations. Data analysis was carried out with NVIVO. The analysis results show that the three main innovations carried out by retail companies during the Covid-19 Pandemic are delivery innovations, social initiatives, and educational innovations. In addition, another finding is that the company with the highest level of innovation is MCASH.
Supply chain management has evolved into value chain management driven by consumer needs. Besides pursuing increased efficiency, it recognizes the importance of consumer needs and attempts to capture the intricacies of consumer value as a source of differentiation and competitiveness in the supply chain. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of supply chain practices on PT. Mighty only son. This study uses a quantitative method with 30 respondents consisting of all non-driver staff. Based on the results of research on customer relationship variables, information quality, information technology can be concluded that these variables have an impact on business performance partially.
This research was conducted with fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) in Indonesia as research objects. This study aims to determine the effect of work pressure on work performance, work family conflict moderates the relationship between work pressure on work performance at PT. X. The variables used in this study are work pressure and work conflict family variables as independent variables and work performance variables as dependent variables. The method used is quantitative descriptive simple linear regression. The sample used in this study was collected from one of the largest family business on Indonesia. The method used in collecting samples is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the work pressure variable has a significant effect on work performance partially, the work conflict family variable has a significant effect on work performance partially with a coefficient. Work conflict family variable can be a moderating variable between the relationship of work pressure to workperformance.
