Abstract. Giant tiger shrimp (Penaeus monodon Fabricius, 1798) is one of Indonesia's main aquaculture commodities. Four populations (G7, G8, G8iA and G8iJ) of tiger shrimp were obtained from broodstock center of Main Center for Brackishwater Aquaculture and Fisheries (MCBAF) Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia. G7 is the domesticated stock in MCBAF Jepara. Inbreed progeny was obtained from sibling mating of G7. Outbreed progeny was obtained from mating G7 with wild broodstock. Ten individuals of each population were evaluated for their genetic variation using ISSR marker. The following genetic variation parameters including Percentage of Polymorphic Bands for G7, G8, G8iA and G8iJ were 83.33%, 69.23%, 84.62%, and 72.00% respectively. Expected Heterozygosity values ranging from 0.235 (G8iJ) to 0.322 (G8iA). Shannon's Information Index ranged from 0.317 (G8) to 0.432 (G8iA). A number of Different Alleles was ranged from 1.536 (G8iJ) to 1.714 (G8iA). A number of Effective Alleles ranged from 1.405 (G8iJ) to 1.571 (G8iA). Outbreed population has higher genetic variation than inbreed population.
Mount Ungaran is one of the dormant volcanoes in Central Java. The condition of the unspoiled forest in the Mount Ungaran area is a good habitat for fauna, including birds. There are several hiking trails traversed by mountain climbers, one of them is the Promasan hiking trail. This study aims to determine the diversity of bird species and identify their conservation status on the Promasan hiking trail. Data were colected by Indices Ponctuels d'Abondance (IPA), Line Transect, and Point Count methods. Bird species diversity was determined by the Shanon index. Determination of bird conservation status based on the IUCN Red List, CITES Appendix, Government Regulation (PP No. 7 of 1999) and Ministry of Environment and Forestry Regulation (PERMENLHK RI No. 106, 2018). The results showed that there were 24 bird species belonging to 19 families. The diversity of bird species was classified as moderate (Shanon index = 2.59). There were two species including CITES Appendix II. Based on the IUCN Red List, there was one species in the Endangered (EN) category, 23 species in the Least Concern (LC) category. There was one species that is protected according to Government Regulation (PP No. 7 of 1999). The 3 species include as protected under the Ministry of Environment and Forestry Regulation (PERMENLHK RI No. P.106, 2018). Monitoring the presence of birds in this area must be carried out regularly.
EMPOWERING STUDENT’S LITERACY CULTURE TROUGH INSTRUMENT WORKSHOP OF SCHOOL INTRODUCTION PROGRAM (PENGENALAN LAPANGAN PERSEKOLAHAN OR PLP) BASED ON UNITY OF SCIENCES. The development of instrument for the PLP program at UIN Walisongo Semarang and its socialization need to be done. The purpose of this service activity is to develop a Unity of Science-based PLP instrument and socialize it to students. The implementation of this service activity includes team formation, instrument design, instrument validation and instrument socialization workshops. The development of the instrument refers to the Research and Development (R & D) method. For socialization to students delivered through workshops. The achievement of strengthening literacy culture is measured through a questionnaire. The results of this activity were instrument for the PLP program at UIN Walisongo Semarang has developed. It has shared to the students. The students are familiar with the PLP program and its instruments based on Unity of Sciences. Students stated that they obtained the information from several sources, including from lecturers, seniors, friends, social media, guardianship books, informants from other universities, and articles. The strengthening of qur'an and hadith literacy of students also increased. The conclusion of this service was student’s literacy for Qur’an and Hadith have increase and student’s insight to PLP instrument escalated.
Abstrak Penelitian kali ini penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan dari minat belajar daring dengan hasil belajar kognitif siswa selama pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran biologi di SMAN 8 Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 8 Semarang karena hasil dari observasi di SMAN 8 Semarang minat belajar daring masih tergolong rendah dan hasil belajar juga masih tergolong rendah sehingga perlu diadakan evaluasi mengenai pembelajaran daring. Penelitian kali ini masuk ke dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif, analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis data korelasi product moment yang memiliki tujuan mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan yang positif dari minat belajar daring dengan hasil belajar kognitif siswa selama pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran biologi SMAN 8 Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan simple random sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dari anggota populasi yang dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperlihatkan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu sendiri. Sampel yang diambil pada penelitian kali ini sebanyak dua kelas dari populasi keseleruhan lima kelas dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 72 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan intrumen angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Dari perhitungan tersebut didapatkan hasil perhitungan korelasi antara minat belajar daring dengan hasil belajar kognitif selama pembelajaran daring diperoleh rxy= 0.945 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dengan kategori korelasi sangat kuat karena terletak diantara 0.800-1.000. kemudian untuk menguji keberartian koefisien korelasi sederhara digunakan rumus uji “t” didapatkan hasil t hitung 24.15 dengan t tabel 1.994, maka didapatkan hasil t hitung > t tabel (24.15>1.994) sehingga dapat dikatakan variabel X dengan Y memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship of online learning interest with students' cognitive learning outcomes during online learning of biology subjects at SMAN 8 Semarang. The research was conducted at SMAN 8 Semarang because the results of observations at SMAN 8 Semarang, interest in online learning is still relatively low and learning outcomes are also still relatively low so it is necessary to conduct an evaluation of online learning. This research is a quantitative research type. The data analysis used in this research is product moment correlation data analysis which has the aim of knowing whether there is a positive relationship between online learning interest and students' cognitive learning outcomes during online learning of biology subjects at SMAN 8 Semarang. . The sampling technique in this study used a probability sampling technique with simple random sampling, namely the technique of taking samples from members of the population that was carried out randomly without showing the strata that existed in the population itself. The samples taken in this study were two classes from a total population of five classes with a total of 72 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation instruments. The results of the study were then analyzed using the product moment correlation formula. From these calculations, the results of the calculation of the correlation between online learning interest and cognitive learning outcomes during online learning obtained rxy = 0.945 with a significance level of 5% with a very strong correlation category because it is located between 0800-1,000. Then to test the significance of the simple correlation coefficient, the "t" test formula was used to get the results of t count 24.15 with t table 1.994, then the results obtained t count > t table (24.15> 1.994) so that it can be said that the X variable with Y has a significant relationship. During the online learning period, students experience many obstacles that cause the practicum to not run well, especially for schools with problems with laboratory facilities. Students also needed media that could be used for independent and repetitive learning. Therefore, the researcher developed the Practicumma website by integrating learning components (learning resources, teaching materials, media, methods & evaluation) for online practicum. The research objective was to develop a biology learning website for the eleventh-grade science students. The type of research used is R&D (Research and Development) with the ADDIE development model. Data analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that Practicumma was suitable for use in biology practicum according to the assessment of media experts at 76.7%, material experts at 80%, biology teachers at 83.53%, and limited scale test to students at 87.2%, so the average percentage of eligibility was 81.86% (very valid).
