AbstrakPengembangan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) berbasis TIK sebagai salah satu alat bantu bagi perangkat desa dalam melayani masyarakat merupakan bagian dari implementasi e-Government sebagaimana yang tertuang dalam Amanat Inpres No. 6 tahun 2001 tentang telematika dalam pemerintahan dan Inpres No. 3 tahun 2003 tentang penyelenggaraan tata kelola pemerintahan secara elektronis di Indonesia. SID digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang kerap muncul ketika pengelolaan data desa seperti proses administrasi data desa, pengelolaan data surat menyurat, serta pengelolaan data penduduk desa. Selain itu SID dapat digunakan oleh perangkat desa untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan perangkat desa serta sebagai masukan dalam perencanaan pembangunan desa. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat digunakan oleh desa sehingga terbentuk tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang baik (good governance).Pengembangan SID dalam penelitian ini dengan menerapkan tahapan metode siklus hidup pengembangan perangkat lunak atau istilah lainnya adalah software development life cycle (SDLC) dengan tahapan analisis, perancangan, pengkodean, uji coba dan implementasi.Pengembangan SID ini diharapkan dapat memberikan inovasi bagi kantor pemerintahan desa untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja perangkat desa ditinjau dari segi kualitas pelayanan terhadap masyarakat, produktivitas, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan produktifitas. The village is the smallest part of the system of administrative governance in Indonesia,which is required to keep abreast of technological developments and improve its ability tomanage the administrative data the village population. Currently several villages in southernKalimantan, there are many uses conventional technologies in system administrationservices village population. It is very possible impact to village officials and villagers, wherefrequent human error, as well as a waste of time and cost. Therefore, it needs a system thatleads to e-Government to address any problems that occur.In the implementation of e-Government, the Government needed some kind of strategicplanning that is often referred to as the Master Plan for ICT as a base village government inimplementing Information Technology and communication. Along with the spread of the COVID-19 virus which has an impact on new student admissions at various universities in Indonesia. This impact was also felt at the Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin (POLIBAN) with the decline in the number of registrants and the public's interest in continuing higher education. So, we need a promotion that is not monotonous and must be innovative. Various kinds of technology have been created to support and facilitate all activities in various fields, one of which is in the field of promotional media. Promotion is very important for a university to offer or show the facilities and infrastructure contained in the university and show its quality. The purpose of this study is to implement mobile augmented reality technology as a POLIBAN promotional media solution and evaluate the user experience of the application. The research method used is the Extreme Programming (XP) development method and a technique for evaluating user experience using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The results of the research conducted based on the results of the implementation stated that functionally all the features offered by the application can function properly and the results of the evaluation of user experience as a non-functional assessment of 50 respondents with an average value of 2.87 with an excellent predicate.
