K-mer frequencies are commonly used in extracting features from metagenome fragments. In spite of this, researchers have found that their use is still inefficient. In this research, a genetic algorithm was employed to find optimally spaced k-mers. These were obtained by generating the possible combinations of match positions and don't care positions (written as *). This approach was adopted from the concept of spaced seeds in PatternHunter. The use of spaced k-mers could reduce the size of the k-mer frequency feature's dimension. To measure the accuracy of the proposed method we used the naïve Bayesian classifier (NBC). The result showed that the chromosome 111111110001, representing spaced k-mer model [111 1111 10001], was the best chromosome, with a higher fitness (85.42) than that of the k-mer frequency feature. Moreover, the proposed approach also reduced the feature extraction time.
Assessment of student learning outcomes is the most important part in the learning process. Student achievement can be determined based on the achievement of final grades in certain subjects. Student final grades can be used to evaluate and predict student achievement in the future. This research was conducted to analyze the Naïve Bayesian Classifier (NBC) algorithm in predicting the final grades of students in the future based on student final grade data in the previous semester. This study is useful for students to improve their grades, according to their predicted weaknesses through this research (wake-up calling). The results of this study indicate that NBC successfully classifies data with an accuracy of 94.2446%.

Perancang sistem informasi ketika dikembangkan dapat membuka pangsa pasar secara meluas dan mampu bersaing dalam media digital, konsumen dapat melakukan pemesanan langsung dan pembayaran antar bank melalui sistem yang dirancang. Sehingga CV. Raiwa Service dapat mempertahankan konsumen dalam pelayanan nya.
One of the uses of smart phones (smartphones) is that they are used to help children's learning process with various applications that are easy to install. Learning that is often carried out for early childhood is an introduction to animals and their habitats, this learning can help early childhood to get to know various kinds of animals and their habitats. Understanding of animal names needs to be done especially on Sumba Island which is an area in East Nusa Tenggara, on the island of Sumba itself which is famous for its unique customary and cultural values. The customs and culture that exist in Sumba often use animals as the main part in carrying out traditional activities, so understanding related to animal species needs to be understood from an early age, one of which needs to be learned is to use the local language. This is taught to children in local content lessons. However, there are several problems in the delivery of subject matter to early childhood using conventional methods, one factor is that it is easy to get bored in learning, and it is difficult to understand and remember the learning material provided. Based on these problems, an educational game application was built in 3 languages, namely Sumbanese, English and Indonesian so that it can become a new learning medium, in this study the game was built using the MDLC (Multimedia Life Cycle) Method. through functional testing and experience an increase in understanding of children by 10% through the results of the pre test and post test given.
Perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini sudah semakin pesat seiring dengan perkembangan zaman. Surat keluar merupakan salah satu jenis pelayanan yang terpenting di Desa Latena. Ada begitu banyak surat-surat keluar yang harus dimiliki oleh masyarakat yang akan dibutuhkan sewaktu-waktu, namun dengan sistem yang masih manual maka akan memperlambat proses pengurusan surat keluar karena masyarakat harus pergi ke kantor desa untuk mengurus surat yang diinginkan dan harus menunggu petugas untuk membuat surat dan ini akan memakan waktu yang lama. Sehingga pada saat ini diperlukan perancangan sebuah aplikasi tentang pelayanan surat keluar di Desa Latena yang mempermudah dalam pelayanan surat keluar. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall dengan melewati empat tahap yaitu yang pertama tahap analisis untuk menentukan kebutuhan-kebutuhan apa saja yang dibutuhkan dalam aplikasi, tahap kedua dilakukan desain berdasarkan kebutuhan yang sudah dianalisis, tahap ketiga implementasi dimana rancangan sistem yang sudah dibentuk menjadi suatu kode (program) untuk bisa dimengerti oleh mesin komputer, dan tahap keempat yaitu dilakukan pengujian untuk mengecek kesalahan atau error yang terjadi. Aplikasi diuji menggunakan teknik pengujian black box yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui apakah aplikasi dapat dijalankan. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi hanya membutuhkan waktu selama 4 menit sedangkan menggunakan cara manual membutuhkan waktu selama 22 menit, dari perbandingan disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan aplikasi lebih mempermudah pelayanan surat keluar di Desa Latena. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang mempermudah dalam proses pelayanan surat keluar di Desa Latena.
