Diaper is an option for most mothers because they are practical for the parents and make babies sleep better. Children who wear diapers often show late toileting development since they cannot feel a sense of damp when urinating. This study aimed to know the use of baby diapers on toilet training behavior of pre-school children in Early Childhood Education Programs (PAUD) and Kindergarten at Mersi village, Purwokerto. This was a non-experimental quantitative study with cross-sectional study design. The population was 217 children with history of diaper usage. The samples were 68 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The data was analyzed using Chi Square. This research has already been conducted in 2013. The results showed that 85.4% respondents wore diapers, whereas 14.6% did not. 12.5% respondents had good toilet training behavior, 78% had sufficient behavior 78%, and 9.5% were lacking. There was a significant difference between history of diapers usage and toilet training behavior among pre-school children in Early Childhood Education Programs (PAUD) and Kindergarten at Mersi village (p=0,04). It can be concluded that there was a significant difference between the usage of baby diapers and toilet training behaviors in pre-school children.
Uric acid, both in the world and in Indonesia, is currently increasing, even at a young age who is still productive, so that it interferes with work productivity due to pain from gout. Gout therapy can be done with medical or non-medical therapy. Non-medical therapy can be carried out with alternative therapies, including the use of Moringa leaves and dates, which until now have not been widely known by the people of Indonesia, so socialization of health education is needed. This study was to determine the difference in knowledge before and after being given health education socialization of alternative gout therapy in Sokaraja District, Banyumas Regency. The method used is quasi-experimental with the control group. The research population is the entire community from the age of teenagers in the Sokaraja District, amounting to 89,184 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a total sample of 438 respondents which were divided into 2 groups, namely the intervention group and the control group, each with 219 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test. Results There was a difference between the intervention group and the control group before and after the educational outreach intervention for gout alternative therapy with p value = 0.000.
Data for March 31, 2020 showed that there were 1,528 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 136 deaths in Indonesia. The COVID-19 mortality rate in Indonesia is 8.9%, this figure is the highest in Southeast Asia. This COVID-19 disease can be prevented by implementing a Clean and Healthy Lifestyle as a way to prevent COVID-19. The goal after socialization and education, is expected to be as an effort to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 through Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in Kalibagor Regency Housing, Kalibagor Village, Kalibagor District. The activities carried out were in the form of socializing the prevention of transmission of COVID-19 with PHBS with education through the WhatsApp (WA) group, installing posters and banners, distributing masks, and distributing simple hand washing facilities, distributing children's story books in the environment around the Kalibagor Regency Housing Complex, Kalibagor Village, District Calibagor and cooperate. There is an increase in knowledge and awareness about preventing the transmission of COVID-19 through Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) at Kalibagor Regency Housing, Kalibagor Village, Kalibagor District.
