The objective of the present research is to identify the factors of a model that have a direct influence on the behaviour intention of use in the acceptance of the high speed Internet service in Peruvian hotels. As a case study, the Peruvian hotels 'Casa Andina' has been taken. To carry out the study, a model was developed from UTAUT2, which is the recommended tool according to the literature reviewed. The study focused on obtaining data from first source, through surveys, which were contrasted with the initial model. The evaluation of the factors and the adjustments indicated by the theory of structural equations was made; after which we obtained a final model, which allowed us to measure the intention of the use behaviour. The model was validated in a case study, where the technological acceptance of the high-speed internet service was measured through the behaviour intention of corporate guests. It was concluded that the named service is known by customers, they value that A hotel has that service and they are willing to pay for it if the value obtained is proportional to the value offered.
