Islam memandang urgensi penerapan nilai-nilai halal tidak hanya pada aspek materi, tetapi juga pada aspek penerapan cara hidup (muamalah). Dalam perekonomian, kegiatan distribusi menjadi salah satu kegiatan penting selain konsumsi dan produksi. Bisnis berbasis Islam tidak akan sempurna tanpa kegiatan distribusi yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Nilai monoteisme (persatuan), rasa syukur, keadilan dan kebebasan menjadi dimensi dalam mengukur prinsip variabel distribusi Islam yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip Islam dalam kegiatan distribusi yang dilakukan oleh produsen makanan dan non-pangan di Kota Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian dalam bentuk kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 51 responden yang terdiri dari pengusaha di bidang peternakan yang mewakili produsen makanan, sedangkan dari 88 responden yang terdiri dari pengusaha penganan pakaian muslim yang mewakili produsen bukan makanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pengusaha konpeksi pakaian ternak dan muslim terhadap prinsip distribusi Islam adalah 99,22% dan 98,11%, masing-masing. Dimensi yang paling dominan diterapkan dari prinsip distribusi Islam, baik oleh pengusaha ternak dan pengusaha konpeksi pakaian muslim adalah dimensi monoteisme (kesatuan) dengan nilai rata-rata per item masing-masing 233,0 dan 416,56. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini mendorong pengusaha Muslim untuk menerapkan prinsip distribusi Islam dalam kegiatan bisnis mereka untuk mencapai manfaat masyarakat.
This study aims to determine the backward linkages and forward linkages between key sectors in Tasikmalaya Regency. The data used is the Table of Input Output (BPS) of Tasikmalaya Regency in 2012. The data analysis in this study uses standard deviation processed by Excel. This study uses several approaches, namely: backward linkage and direct backward spreads; direct and indirect total backward linkage; direct, indirect, and induced total backward linkage; forward linkage and direct forward spreads; direct and indirect total forward linkages; direct, indirect, and induced total forward linkages. Based on the results of the study, it was found that sector 3 (processing industry) is a key sector that is directly, indirectly, and affected, this sector asks for inputs in other sectors equally. Meanwhile, sector 6 (trade, hotels and restaurants) is a key sector because directly, indirectly, and affected, this sector demands output in other sectors equally.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan ke belakang dan keterkaitan ke depan antar sektor kunci di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Data yang digunakan adalah tabel Input Output (BPS) Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Tahun 2012. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan standar deviasi yang diolah dengan Excel. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa pendekatan, yaitu: keterkaitan ke belakang dan penyebaran ke belakang langsung; keterkaitan ke belakang total langsung dan tidak langsung; keterkaitan ke belakang total langsung, tidak langsung, dan terimbas; keterkaitan ke depan dan penyebaran ke depan langsung; keterkaitan ke depan total langsung dan tidak langsung; keterkaitan ke depan total langsung, tidak langsung, dan terimbas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa sektor 3 (industri pengolahan) adalah sektor kunci karena secara langsung, tidak langsung, dan terimbas, sektor ini meminta input atau faktor produksi pada sektor-sektor lain secara merata. Adapun sektor 6 (perdagangan, hotel dan restoran) adalah sektor kunci oleh karena secara langsung, tidak langsung, dan terimbas, sektor ini meminta output atau hasil produksi pada sektor-sektor lain secara merata.
The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of human capital, organizational commitment, spiritual intelligence, and intellectual intelligence on performance as measured by work productivity partially or simultaneously. This study's PLS-SEM analysis led to the following conclusions: (1) There is a considerable positive influence of organizational commitment, human capital, and spiritual intelligence on employee work productivity, whereas intellectual intelligence has a negative and negligible effect. (2) While intellectual intelligence has a negative and minor impact on employee performance, human capital, organizational dedication, and spiritual intelligence all have a considerable beneficial impact. (3) There is a sizable positive relationship between employee performance and job productivity. (4) Work productivity as an intervening variable for workers has a large positive relationship with human capital, organizational commitment, and spiritual intelligence, but a negative and negligible relationship with intellectual intelligence. The study's novel conclusion is that both directly and indirectly, the discovery of spiritual intelligence positively affects performance through job productivity.
Human resources are an important aspect of business management, through innovative approaches that can improve the economic, technological, social, cultural and corporate environment. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the role of work culture in mediating continuous improvement and work innovation on employee performance in the footwear industry at PT. Changshin Reksa Jaya. As well as the influence of continuous improvement and work innovation into a work culture in improving the performance of footwear industry employees. The research method used in this study is a survey method, while the types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The object of this research is the footwear industry employees of PT. Changshing Reksa Jaya, with a sampling technique using a simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this test prove that partially and simultaneously the role of work culture in mediating continuous improvement and work innovation has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees in the footwear industry at PT.
