Backround: Glibenclamide is an oral antidiabetic drug which is practically insoluble in water. Formation of β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was able to increase glibenclamide solubility. Objective: Aims of this study are to characterize, formulate and evaluate inclusion complex tablets of glibenclamide to meet the requirements in Pharmacopeia. Methods: Inclusion complex was prepared in a 1: 1 and 1: 2 molar ratio by spray drying method. Characterization were performed by using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Further, it was formulated into tablets by direct compression technique using primojel and crospovidone as disintegrants. Uniformity weight, hardness, friability, disintegration, and tablets were evaluated include dissolution. Dissolution studies of inclusion complex were performed by using United States Pharmacopeia (USP) II apparatus. Drug concentration dissolution was determined with high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). Result: Result of FTIR and SEM provided evidence of glibenclamide and β-cyclodextrin complex formation after using spray drying methods. The tablet evaluation with primojel and crospovidone as disintegrant showed that increase concentration of disintegrant would increase disintegration time of the tablets. All of the formulas meet the requirements in the Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion:The inclusion complex of glibenclamide-β cyclodextrin successfully used for enhancing the solubility of glibenclamide. The tablets meet the requirements in Pharmacopeia.Latar Belakang: Glibenklamid merupakan obat antidiabetes oral yang sukar larut dalam air. Pembentukan komplek inklusi dengan β-siklodekstrin diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kelarutan glibenklamid. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkarakterisasi, memformulasi dan mengevaluasi tablet hasil komplek inklusi glibenklamid supaya memenuhi persyaratan Farmakope. Metode: Komplek inklusi dibuat dengan perbandingan rasio molar glibenklamid dan β-siklodekstrin 1 : 1 dan 1 : 2 dengan menggunakan metode spray drying. Hasil komplek inklusi dikarakterisasi meliputi spektroskopi FTIR dan SEM. Selanjutnya kompleks tersebut diformulasi menjadi tablet dengan teknik kempa langsung menggunakan primojel dan crospovidon sebagai disintegran. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze capacity building in order to improve the employee performance at KPPN Kudus Regency, The restrictingfactors ofcapacity building in order to improve the employee performance at KPPN Kudus Regency.This research uses descriptive research methods with qualitative approaches.The result of research iscapacity building in order to improve employee performance in KPPN Kudus is strong through leadership that done by the head of KPPN Kudus,the program increased discipline that is just right from the Ministry of Finance in improving discipline employees through the giving of reward and punishmen, and facilities that are in KPPN Kudus that was already complete and comfortable.The restricting factors of capacity building in order to improve the employee performance at KPPN Kudus Regency is the existence of some employees who don't know the development of rules and some employees were not disciplined. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian adalah upaya pengembangan kapasitas kelembagaan (capacity building) dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara/KPPN Kabupaten Kudus dirasa sudah baik melalui kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala KPPN Kudus, program peningkatan kedisiplinan yang sudah tepat dari Kementerian Keuangan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai melalui pemberian reward dan punishment, dan fasilitas yang ada di KPPN Kudus yang sudah lengkap dan nyaman. Adapun faktor penghambat pengembangan kapasitas kelembagaan (capacity building) dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara/KPPN Kabupaten Kudus adalah adanya beberapa pegawai yang tidak mengetahui perkembangan aturan dan beberapa pegawai tidak disiplin. Batu City is known as one of the leading tourist cities in Indonesia because of its extraordinary potential of natural beauty. The purpose of this research is to analysize the actor network in tourism management based on sustainable development in Batu City. This study used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. As a result it is recommended to strengthen the role Department of Environmental Service in tourism development policies in Batu City. Batu City Government needs to establish a forum for "Community Conscious Environment" as a controlling agent. Batu City Government also needs to expand cooperation with academics, especially in environmental assessment cooperation.
Kebutuhan listrik semakin meningkat. Pengelolaan energi listrik ini dikelola oleh Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di bidang ketenagalistrikan yaitu Perseroan Terbatas- Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PT. PLN,Persero). Salah satu jenis layanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat adalah Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil regresi bahwa jaminan (assurance merupakan faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, bukti fisik (tangible , (responsiveness , (reliability , dan (empati merupakan faktor terendah dari faktor kualitas pelayanan yang mempengaruhi pelanggan. Faktor kualitas pelayanan yaitu bukti fisik (tangible), keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial dan simultan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel nyata, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati dalam menjelaskan kepuasan pelanggan adalah 93,4% dan sisanya 6,6% kepuasan pelanggan oleh dimensi lain atau faktor lain selain faktor kualitas layanan pelanggan. Pengujian hipotesis sesuai untuk sistem pelayanan Sistem Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB).Abstract : The need for electricity has increased. The management of this electrical energy is managed by a government-owned company in the electricity sector, namely Limited Company- State Electricity Company (PT. PLN,Persero). One type of service provided to the public is the Online Bank Payment Point (PPOB). The results of the analysis show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the regression results that guarantee(assurance is the biggest factor affecting customer satisfaction, physical evidence (tangible, (responsiveness, (reliability, and(empathy are the lowest factors of service quality factors that affect customers. Service quality factors are physical evidence (tangible), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination shows that the tangible variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy in explaining customer satisfaction are 93.4% and the remaining 6.6% of customer satisfaction is by other dimensions or other factors other than customer service quality factors.Hypothesis testing is appropriate for the service system of the Online Bank Payment Point System (PPOB).
This research aims to determine the accountability of Village Fund Allocation Management which includes: planning, implementation, supervision, and accountability. In this study the method used is a qualitative descriptive. The techniques used are observations of objects that are being traced and through interviews. The results in this study indicated that in the accountability of the management of village funds allocation in Landungsari village, it can be said to be transparent and accountable. The community plays an active role by participating in following development planning deliberations, as well as monitoring the use of village funds allocation in Landungsari directly supervised by a team of the Regional Government Agency.
