ABSTRAK Pengabdian ini berjudul Mengajarkan anak untuk mengenal Allah pada usia dini dengan metode story telling di Tk Al-hidayah Pamulang,Tangerang Selatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui Lingkup Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Berdasarkan Pendekatan Kebijakan dan Pendekatan Analisis Teori dan Membantu memberikan arahan menjadi bagaimana cara ber komunikasi yang baik terhadap anak, dan mengenalkan pendalaman ilmu agama terhadap anak guna membantu anak mengendalikan emosinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa kegiatan yaitu tahap survei yaitu sosialisasi dilakukan dengan menyusun berbagai hal yang akan disampaikan pada saat kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan yang meliputi: penyusunan materi yang akan diberikan, penyusunan jadwal pemberian materi, pembagian tugas tim pengabdian dan survei ke lokasi pengabdian. Tahap sosialisasi yaitu sebelum kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan tahap sosialisasi yaitu melakukan silaturahmi dengan ketua yayasan, menyampaikan maksud dan tujuan pengabdian ini. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan jalinan kerjasama dan menentukan jadwal kegiatan pengabdian. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah dosen Fakultas Ekonomi jurusan manajemen sebanyak 11 orang dalam bentuk penyampaian materi Mengajarkan anak untuk mengenal Allah pada usia dini dengan metode story telling. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah Peserta kurang mengerti apa itu Mengajarkan anak untuk mengenal Allah pada usia dini dengan metode story telling dan hasil dari mengenalkan Allah pada usia dini terhadap pembentukan karakter anak. The purpose of Community Service Activities is to carry out one of the Higher Education Tri Dharma. In addition, it is expected that through community service, the existence of higher education institutions can make a major contribution to the development and application of knowledge to the community. The method of activity used is that we go to the 26 Bintaro State PKBM school which is located at Jl. Bintaro Permai III / 30B, Ex. Bintaro, Kec. Pesanggrahan, City Administration of South Jakarta and will provide training there on 10-12 October 2019. This training aims to make students and students who attend PKBM 26 Bintaro, especially in the PKBM program, increase fraternity and friendship solidarity between students to avoid bullying in socialize in their environment and the world of work. The results of community service obtained were increased knowledge for Participants (Students) of the 26th State PKBM Bintaro so that they had a good view of the importance of increasing the sense of brotherhood and friendship solidarity among students because of our participation as qualified generations of the nation (HR) for quality entering the world of work and how important it is to improve the quality of themselves to avoid bullying in socializing and the world of work. The knowledge gained at Community Service this time is expected to be able provide new enthusiasm for us in delivering material and motivation and contribute to the younger generation, both within the school, campus and environment family.Keywords: Brotherhood, Solidarity, Bullying
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and employee motivation on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies TB Simatupang either partially or simultaneously. The method in this study is a quantitative method. Data analysis in this study uses validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient analysis, classical assumption test, linear regression test, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that leadership (X1) had an effect on work performance (Y), with a simple linear regression equation Y = 15,743 + 0,528X and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient value is 0.605, which means that leadership (X1) has a strong level of relationship strength to employee performance (Y), with a coefficient of determination of 36.6% and from the t-test the value of tcount> ttable or 7.089 > 1988. Work motivation (X2) has an effect on work performance (Y) with a simple linear regression equation Y = 18,064 + 0.470X and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. The correlation coefficient value is 0.512, which means that the work motivation variable (X2) has a moderate level of relationship strength on employee performance (Y), with a coefficient of determination of 26.2% and from the t-test, the value of tcount > ttable or 5,552 > 1,988. Leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 15.638 + 0.515X1 + 0.017X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.605, which means that leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a strong level of relationship strength on employee performance (Y), with a coefficient of determination of 36.6% and from the f test, the value of Fcount > Ftable or 24,849 > 3,100. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between leadership and work motivation on employees on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies TB Simatupang.
