Organization is currently experiencing growth and remarkable development. An increasingly diverse public characters, both interal and external, require special handling in communicating to them. Communication activities of the organization is a strategic communications activities that need to be run by the organization. This communication activities involving management as important decision makers in the organization. Through public relations activities of the organization’s strategic communication can run well. Public relations must have the full support of management to be able to carry out the task.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan dua kegiatan utama yaitu Pembuatan Buku Profil Desa dan Penguatan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) di Desa Singoyudan, Kecamatan Mirit, Kabupaten Kebumen. Potensi yang dimiliki oleh desa harus dapat menjadi jati diri pengembangan kemajuan desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pendampingan dan melibatkan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta untuk secara langsung terjun ke lapangan dan mengembangkan/menyusun profil dusun dan pembuatan website serta pelatihan untuk mewujudkan SDM yang handal. Output yang dihasilkan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain: Pertama, Desa Singoyudan telah memiliki buku profil desa dengan edisi terbaru dan dengan penambahan informasi-informasi yang diperlukan. Kedua, Desa Singoyudan memiliki website dan media sosial aktif yang berisi informasi-informasi desa dan dusun. Pengembangan yang perlu dilakukan setelah program ini antara lain pembaharuan profil dusun yang up-to-date serta pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pemberian pelayanan selain website yang telah dibuat.

AbstrakPT Adaro Indonesia sebagai salah satu perusahaan tambang batubara terbesar di Indonesia, melaksanakan kewajiban pelaksanaan program corporate social responsibility (CSR). Program Istana Kelulut merupakan kegiatan CSR berbentuk community  development  berbasis lingkungan,  dan terintegrasi  dengan  rencana pasca   tambang   dimana   perusahaan   belum   memiliki   program   yang   sejalan dengan rencana pasca tambang sebelumnya. Program CSR ini dimaksudkan agar masyarakat  dapat  hidup  mandiri  ketika  perusahaan  sudah  tidak beroperasi  di daerah Balangan. Penelitian  ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses community development oleh perusahaan kepada masyarakat di Kabupaten Balangan, Kalsel melalui budidaya Lebah Kelulut. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori proses   community   development   oleh   Zubaedi   dari   tahap   problem   posing, problem analysis, aims and objectives, actions plans, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan  teknik wawancara  mendalam  dengan  manajemen  CSR PT Adaro Indonesia  dan masyarakat penerima manfaat. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam prosesnya, community development mengusung konsep development with community. Perusahaan berperan sebagai fasilitator dan kelompok sasaran berperan sebagai objek sekaligus subjek program. Kelompok sasaran berpartisipasi aktif dari tahap pemaparan masalah hingga evaluasi. Program pendampingan perusahaan mencakup kegiatan  pelatihan penyempurnaan  teknik budidaya sehingga proses panen lebih efektif dengan inovasi selang penghisap madu otomatis dan rumah sarang buatan. Peluang Madu Kelulut yang terletak pada nilai keunikan citarasa madu  yang  berbeda  dari  madu  biasa.  Peneliti  menyarankan  agar  perusahaan serta  Pemerintah  Daerah  setempat  lebih  kooperatif  dalam  mengembangkan produk lokal ini, dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi “Adalapak” yang telah dikembangkan    perusahaan.   Agar   proses   pemasaran   lebih   efektif   dengan jangkauan konsumen yang lebih luas.Kata Kunci: Budidaya, Community development, CSR, Lingkungan, Pasca tambang AbstractPT Adaro Indonesia,  as one of the largest coal mining companies in Indonesia, carries out the obligation to implement  the corporate social responsibility (CSR) program.   The   Kelulut   Palace   Program   is   a   CSR   activity   in   the   form   of environment-based  community  development,  and  is  integrated  with  the  post- mining plan, where the company does not have a program that is in line with the previous post-mining plan. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative using in-depth interview techniques with PT Adaro Indonesia's CSR management, and beneficiary communities, as well as a study of company documentation  as secondary data. The  results  showed  that  in  the  process,  community  development  carries  the concept   of  development   with   community.   Where   the  company   acts   as  a facilitator, while the target group acts as both the object and the subject of the program. The target group actively participates from the problem presentation stage to the evaluation. The company's mentoring program includes training activities  to  improve  cultivation  techniques,  so  that  the  harvesting  process  is more  effective   with   the  innovation   of  automatic   honey-suction   hoses  and artificial nest houses. Kelulut Honey Opportunity lies in the unique value of honey flavor that is different from ordinary honey. Researchers suggest that companies and local governments be more cooperative in developing this local product, by utilizing the Ad Bukalapak application that has been developed by the company. Disasters occur unexpectedly, with varying severity, posing major challenges for effective information exchange and coordination. Forest and land fires are part of natural disasters that cause huge losses to both health and the economy. Forest fires in Siak Regency, Riau Indonesia continue every year. To save many victims, it requires cooperation between the government and the role of the community. This study aims to determine the role of Masyarakat Peduli Api (MPA) in Disaster Communication in Siak Regency, Riau. Indonesia.This study used a qualitative descriptive method and conducted in-depth interviews with the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and Masyarakat Peduli Api (MPA) Community. The results showed that the role of Masyarakat Peduli Api Community was one of the supporting factors in the successful communication of forest and land fire disaster management in reducing the number of casualties. The role of the Masyarakat Peduli Api (MPA) is (1) Providing information regarding the location of the incident, (2) Disseminating information to village communities regarding forest fire disaster mitigation (prevention) and the impact of forest fires, (3) Conducting counselling, training and simulations forest fire disasters to the community with BPBD related to disaster mitigation and the introduction of the use of fire fighting equipment. Thus the Masyarakat Peduli Api (MPA) has an important role in disaster communication to the community and can minimize the loss of casualties and material and immaterial losses as a result of the forest fires that occur..

Indonesia is located in a disaster-prone area with various types of natural disasters on a light and medium scale that have a negative impact on the social, economic and environmental lives of its people. When natural disasters occur, effective disaster communication that involves communication and information technology is an important thing to do especially from the government to affected communities. In this case the issue of priority must be related to KIKK (Communication, Information, Coordination and Cooperation). In the era of digital communication, the application of E-Government carried out by Government Public Relations has become an urgent matter in the disaster communication process. The researcher took the case of the earthquake in Lombok on July 29, 2018. This study used a qualitative approach, with the object of research being E-Government Public Relations in North Lombok Regency as the largest affected area of earthquake disasters in Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) at Indonesia.
