Purpose of this study is: (1) Analyze the effective strategies for the implementation of Adiwiyata schools in Pekanbaru and (2) Analyze the condition of environmentally-friendly infrastructures so that it can become a culture in Pekanbaru High Schools. The type of this research is an exploratory research (case study). In the early stage, there was a grouping of analysis variables at the research location which is in several Pekanbaru High Schools. This research was also carried out on the actors of teaching and learning activities as well as school managers who have activities with the sample set based on the key person method approach. A number of data obtained through interviews with selected respondents will also be carried out with an in-depth interview method (Bungin, 2008). As research samples, the key informants are school managers and policymakers who are considered representative to get the data needed. This initial data will be the basis for the preparation of the research questionnaire. As respondents, the key informants are students, teachers, principals, and administrative staffs. This research was conducted from September to November 2017 in several Pekanbaru High Schools.
School is an important vehicle for educating and fostering people to understand and understand a science. In realizing a caring and cultured school, the school community needs to be involved in various environmental learning activities. In addition, schools are also expected to involve the surrounding community in conducting various activities that benefit both the school community, the community and the environment. These activities include creating extracurricular / curricular activities in the field of participatory-based environment in schools, participating in environmental action activities carried out by outsiders, building partnership activities or initiating the development of environmental education in schools, management and development of school supporting facilities. . School is a community that consists of students, teachers, principals, and administration and employees which is one of the effective mediums for learning and awareness of school residents. So that individuals, ranging from teachers, students and workers are involved in efforts to stop the rate of environmental damage caused by human hands. Creating a caring and cultured school requires a school management strategy that supports the implementation of environmental education by all school members in accordance with the basic principles of the Adiwiyata Program which is participatory and sustainable.
This paper aims to describe the procedures for the development and form of the resulting listening skills test instrument for grade IX junior high school students. This research is based online using google form. Development uses the ADDIE model. The development is carried out in several stages, namely: (1) needs analysis, (2) product design (Design), (3) initial product development (Development), (4) initial product testing (Implementation), (5) revision initial product (Evaluation), (6) revised product trial, (7) revised product revision. The trial was carried out on class IX SMP / MTs with accidental sampling technique. This development resulted in a google form-based test consisting of bio data for test takers, short stories recording material for 11 minutes of reading, 25 questions (22 multiple choice and 3 short answers) complete with 951 word answer keys, having different scores on each question. , and a listening skill assessment rubric. Initial product trials obtained by respondents as many as 20 people. The revisions that the researchers carried out were (1) revising the questions and instructions for solving the questions, (2) replacing some of the components of the assessment that were not good enough, and (3) replacing some incorrect word choices. Kemampuan profesional yang harus dimiliki guru adalah mampu menulis artikel terkhusus dalam hal pembelajaran. Guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengatasi permasalahan di kelas. Selain itu, guru juga masih kurang memiliki pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan keterampilan dalam menulis artikel khususnya artikel pembelajaran. Hal ini menjadikan guru memiliki minat yang kurang dalam menulis artikel ilmiah khususnya aspek pembelajaran. Tujuan kegiatan ini selain untuk memperolah angka kredit untuk kenaikan jabatan tetapi juga untuk keperluan akreditasi tetapi yang lebih utama adalah untuk peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Tulisan ilmiah yang berisi hasil penelitian, hasil pengkajian, hasil pemikiran, dan karya guru lainnya sangat potensial sebagai wahana komunikasi bagi lingkungan dunia pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, dan layanan bimbingan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa guru peserta pelatihan memiliki tambahan pengetahuan serta pemahaman mengenai menulis artikel ilmiah aspek pembelajaran serta keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah aspek pembelajaran, Melalui kegiatan ini guru menghasilkan produk artikel ilmiah aspek pembelajaran yang layak diterbitkan di jurnal ilmiah.
This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes and skills in managing a clean school environment for state junior high school students in Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method approach. Data collection methods used were tests, observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis uses a simple correlation test with the Person Correlation method. The results showed a positive relationship with a moderate level of closeness between environmental knowledge and the attitude of managing a clean school environment of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota students with a significant value of 0,000 <0.005 and a correlation coefficient of 1,000, at SMP Negeri 2 Bangkinang Kota students there was a positive relationship with a moderate level of closeness between environmental knowledge and attitudes with a significant value of 0,000 <0.005 and a correlation coefficient of 0.404. There is no relationship of knowledge with skills to manage a clean school environment students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang kota with a significant value of 0.069> 0.05 and a correlation coefficient of 0.135, but at SMP Negeri 2 Bangkinang Kota students there is a positive relationship with the moderate level of closeness between environmental knowledge with the skill to manage a clean environment with a significant value of 0,000 <0.005 and a correlation coefficient of 0.432. There is no relationship between attitude and skills in managing a clean school environment of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota students with a significant value of 0.069> 0.05 and a correlation coefficient of 0.135, but at SMP Negeri 2 Bangkinang Kota students there is a positive relationship with the moderate level of closeness between attitude and skills to manage a clean school environment with a significant value of 0,000 <0.005 and a correlation coefficient of 0.660.
