Management of infrastrucuture and Facilities is one of many fields of quality that need to be improved. Infrastructure is one of the supporting factors in the learning process. In the concept of The Juran Trilogy or commonly called the Juran Trilogy can be applied in schools as an effort to improve the quality of educational services. The objectives of this research are: (1) to describe the planning of infrastructure facilities at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta, (2) to describe the control of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta, (3) to describe the improvement of infrastructure facilities at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta. This study used a qualitative approach with case study method. While the data collection techniques used include: (1) in-depth interviews, (2) participant observation, and (3) documentation study. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, data verification. While the data validity technique uses credibility, triangulation, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results showed that: (1) the planning of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta aims to determine the infrastructure so that the vision and mission of the school can be achieved, (2) the control of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta is carried out by inventory, storage, maintenance. (3) improving the quality of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta is carried out by preparing schedules, prioritized activities, time/schedule for use, assignments/appointments according to expertise.
This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the management of the boarding school in the formation of attitudes of self-reliance of students in the Boarding school Ell-Futhah Bulupayung, start from planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the program. This study is a field research with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis uses interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Examination of the validity of data persistence observation, and triangulation methods. The results showed that the management of education in the program of formation of the attitude of self-reliance of students in the Boarding school Ell-Futhah Bulupayung conducted with four stages, namely (1) Planning already existed before independence programs were implemented such as the procurement of meeting, selection of program self-reliance, and other. The planning stage includes: planning the curriculum, teaching materials, personnel, facilities and infrastructure, as well as program planning; (2) The Organization implemented with the involvement of the elements of boarding schools such as the chaplain, coach, instructor and all elements to help organizing the program of the independence of the students has been running well although there are still lack of human resources because the division of tasks is still stacked and the number of students who follow the activities of the skills in the boarding school; (3) The Implementation of the program was implemented with several stages in which carry out teaching and learning activities, organizational activities of the compulsory routine of the boarding school, individual activities of students day-to-day, activity support, and rules of discipline of the lodge; (4) Supervision and evaluation of the program, caretakers and administrators along with the community participated in evaluating such activities. If there is a weakness, then it will be given input for improvement in the future. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran Kursus Manjahit di LPK Yani 45 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatakan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di LPK Yani 45 Soreang pada tahun 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara, Observasi dan studi dokumentasi . subjek peneliti yaitu Kepala Lembaga, Instruktur Penjahit dan Warga belajar. Penyusunan instrumen menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data mengunakan triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan wawancara 1).Perencanaan pembelajaran kursus menjahit di LPK Yani 45 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung. 2).Pelaksanaan pembelajaran kursus menjahit di LPK Yani 45 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung 3). Evaluasi pembelajaran kursus menjahit di LPK Yani 45 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung. berdasarkan temuan tersebut proses pembelajaran Kursus Menjahit di LPK yani 45 Soreang melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dan mutu pendidikan di LPK Yani 45 Soreang lebih efektif dan efesien.
Salah satu unsur untuk membangun sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas yaitu melalui Pelatihan Kerja, disini dapat diketahui bahwa pelatihan menjadi salah satu faktor yang penting. Pelatihan merupakan bagian dari terciptanya SDM yang berkualitas dengan didesain secara sistematik dalam pengembangan program suatu instansi atau organisasi. Sebuah pelatihan juga harus mempunyai arah atau tujuan yang jelas agar pelatihan sesuai dengan rencana apa yang diharapkan. Untuk dapat melaksanakan pelatihan yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan dan rencana pelatihan yang diharapkan maka pelatihan disini membutuhkan manajemen pelatihan yang sesuai. Penelitian ini berangkat dari ketertarikan Peneliti atas Manajemen Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja di LPK Bina Gatara Muda Dalam Mengembangkan Produktivitas Masyarakat Garut Utara, karena Manajemen adalah sebuah tonggak dalam pelaksanaan suatu kegiatan dimana keberhasilan suatu kegiatan itu tergantung bagaimana manajemen atau pengelolaan kegiatan tersebut. Pada umumnya Sumber Daya Manusia yang baik akan sangat mempengaruhi sosial dan ekonomi suatu masyarakat yang baik pula. Disini pelatihan kerja menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM yang ada diluar sekolah. Memasuki pasar kerja saat ini juga sangatlah ketat persaingannya, dan ini perlu diperhatikan dan tidak bisa dianggap sepele karena bisa menimbulkan masalah-masalah baru nantinya. Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja (LPK) Bina Gatara Muda merupakan salah satu lembaga yang menangani masalah pelatihan kerja bagi para pencari kerja di wilayah Garut Utara, itu telah berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia lewat pelatihan guna ke depan mampu bersaing dalam memasuki dunia pasar kerja Untuk penyelenggaraan programnya LPK Bina Gatara Muda perlu memiliki manajemen pengelolaan yang baik supaya hasil dari penyelenggaraan programnya sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas masyarakat yang ada di wilayah Garut utara. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin menggali informasi dan temuan hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan Manajemen Pelatihan Kerja di LPK Bina Gatara Muda dalam Mengembangkan Produktivitas Masyarakat Wilayah Garut Utara.
