This study aims to: 1) test and analyze the effect of the implementation of good corporate governance influence intellectual capital at PT Jakarta Tourisindo, 2) test and analyze the effect of internal audit on intellectual capital at PT Jakarta Tourisindo, 3) test and analyze the effect of the application of good corporate governance affect the quality of financial statements at PT Jakarta Tourisindo, 4) test and analyze the effect of internal audit affect the quality of financial statements at PT Jakarta Tourisindo, 5) test and analyze the effect of intellectual capital affect the quality of financial statements at PT Jakarta Tourisindo and 6) test and analyze the effect of the implementation of good corporate governance and internal audit affect the quality of reports through intellectual capital at PT Jakarta Tourisindo. The study was conducted at PT Jakarta Tourisindo with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique. The method of data analysis uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect between good corporate governance on intellectual capital, 2) there was a positive and significant effect between internal audit on intellectual capital, 3) there was a positive and significant effect between the application of good corporate governance on the quality of financial statements, 4) there is no positive and significant influence between internal audit on the quality of financial statements, 5) there is no positive and significant influence between intellectual capital on the quality of financial statements, and 6) there is a positive and significant effect between good corporate governance and internal audit on quality financial statements through intellectual capital.
This study aims to determine the effect of workability and workload on the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta. This research method uses survey techniques with quantitative and correlational approaches with a sampling technique of 32 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling and data analysis techniques to use multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research that has been done shows that the ability of workers to the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, strong and significant effect, this means that the effectiveness of employee work is determined by workability. Workload variable on the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, moderate and significant influence, this means that the effectiveness of employee work is determined by the workload. Variable workability and workload together on employee work effectiveness in East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, strong, and significant influence. This means that together the effectiveness of employee work is determined by workability and workload.
This study aims to find out and analyze to find out and analyze: a) a description of the effectiveness of public services, the factors that hinder public services, and efforts to improve public services in Rawalumbu District, Bekasi City, Java. West. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that to realize the effectiveness of public services from government officials to community service users, it cannot be separated from the influence of the work discipline of local government officials. With the adequate quality of work discipline of government officials, bureaucrats at the sub-district level can provide services to the community effectively so that they can realize good governance.
The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence of education and training and human resource competence together on services at the Assistant Deputy for Labor Affairs of the Ministry of Development of Disadvantaged Regions. The purpose of this study is to examine to determine the effect of education and training and human resource competencies together on service to the Assistant Deputy for Labor Affairs at the Ministry of Development of Disadvantaged Regions. The research method uses a survey with a quantitative approach that is correlational with the sampling technique saturated sampling, namely, the method of sampling research technique when all members of the population are used as samples. In this study, the number of samples was 30 respondents. The variables studied were education and training) and human resource competence as independent variables, while service was the dependent variable. Based on the results of the research that has been done, namely: 1) Based on the results of hypothesis testing the effect of the variable education and training on services at the Assistant Deputy for Labor Affairs of the Ministry of Development of Disadvantaged Regions, it turns out to have a strong and significant positive influence, this is indicated by the coefficient value the correlation is equal to 0.693 and the t-count test is 5.093> from the t-table of 2.048. While the coefficient of determination is r2 = 0.481 or 48.1%, this means that 48.1% of service is determined by education and training, and the remaining 51.9% is determined by other factors. 2) Based on the results of the hypothesis test the effect of the human resource competence variable on service to the Assistant Deputy for Labor Affairs of the Ministry of Development of Disadvantaged Regions turns out to have a strong and significant positive influence, this is indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0.665 and the t-test of 4.708 > from t-table of 2.048. While the coefficient of determination is r2 = 0.442 or 44.2%, this means that 44.2% of service is determined by the competence of human resources, and the remaining 55.8% is determined by other factors. 3) To test the double correlation hypothesis of education and training and human resource competence variables jointly on services to the Assistant Deputy for Labor Affairs of the Ministry of Development of Disadvantaged Regions, it turns out to have a strong and significant positive effect with a correlation coefficient value of 0.756 with F-count test of 18.054 > F-table of 3.35. While the coefficient of determination is R2 = 0.572, this means that together 57.2% of service is determined by education and training and human resource competence, and the remaining 42.8% is determined by other factors.
New personnel in the TNI operations staff environment are expected to have sufficient skills and knowledge to be able to complete the assigned tasks. However, several factors such as complex tasks and lack of educational experience can affect the ability of new personnel to carry out these tasks. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of task experience and education partially and simultaneously on the adaptation of new personnel assignments in the TNI Operations Staff Environment. The research method uses a survey with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. The sample size was 44 respondents. The results showed that a) task experience had a positive and significant effect on the adaptation of new personnel assignments; b) Task experience and education together have a positive and significant effect on the adaptation of new personnel assignments. It is recommended that in the selection of new personnel within the Indonesian Army Operations Staff, those who already have duty experience and education will support each other to facilitate the process of adjusting their duties. Looking at the dynamics of tasks in the TNI Operations Staff environment, it is recommended that task experience with the priority of work mastery and education with the priority of developing science and technology is the most ideal combination for accelerating adaptation. processes within the TNI Operations Staff so that they can subsequently smoothly carry out their duties within the TNI Operations Staff.
