Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti strategi guru Kelompok Bermain (KB) TK Al-Huda Kota Malang dalam menghidupkan motivasi belajar siswa demi menjaga keberlangsungan pendidikan dalam kebijakan Study From Home (SFH) pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Peneliti menggunakan jenis pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian yaitu guru kelas serta siswa Kelompok Bermain (KB) di TK Al-Huda Kota Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk strategi guru untuk menghidupkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam kebijakan SFH di tengah wabah COVID-19 adalah dengan publikasi hasil kerja tugas siswa yang terbukti dapat menghidupkan motivasi belajar siswa. Hambatan yang ditemui guru yaitu berkenaan dengan aspek orang tua peserta didik, sarana pembelajaran, dan kreativitas guru. Manfaatnya berupa tumbuhnya motivasi belajar siswa, melatih kedisiplinan siswa, serta membantu meningkatkan kedekatan antara orangtua dan anak.
This research aims to examine the implementation of reward and punishment strategies implemented in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas in an effort to improve teacher discipline. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject in this study was teacher of KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Malang. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed that the implementation of reward and punishment strategies in teacher discipline management in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas is to sanction money fines for late teachers and gold awards for teachers whose discipline comes on time. The implementation of this strategy has been shown to help improve teacher discipline in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk implementasi strategi reward and punishment dalam manajemen kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas adalah dengan pemberian sanksi denda uang bagi guru yang terlambat dan penghargaan berupa emas bagi guru yang disiplin datang tepat waktu. Penerapan strategi tersebut terbukti membantu meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan; guru; penghargaan; hukuman
Assessment is very important in the learning process. The reason is, the result of that assessement will be used as reference to take the next action for student's development. Informal assessment is kind of assessement that is used mostly in early childhood education. This research analyze some obstacles found by early childhood education teacher when doing informal assessment. The identification of those obstacles is important for know earlier about what obstraction that teacher will deal with, in order to do the prevention and find the solution, to minimize those obstacles. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methode. The data collection technique used is survey with respondent of some students of the magister programe of islamic early childhood education of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta and they have experience as early childhood education teachers. The result of this research is there are some obtacles that teacher deal with when doing informal assessment, those are the validity of assessment result is uncertainly, the teacher isn't competent to do informal assessment, the implementation timing is uncertainly, assessed development aspects are too wide, the application of informal assessment is so difficult, there is disability student in the class, and the unsupporting characteristic of students in the learning process.
This research aims to explain the implementation of marketing mix strategy in an effort to increase the number of students in Al Huda Kindergarten malang. This type of research belongs to qualitative research. Data is collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis step consists of data presentation, data reduction, and then drawing conclusions. The results showed that Al Huda Kindergarten successfully used a marketing mix strategy in an effort to increase the number of students. In this effort, the marketing mix strategy used in the form of 7P method, which consists of: product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. The products offered by Al Huda Kindergarten are Islamic religious-based schools and care about the environment with a superior program of junk blessings. The cost stipulated adjusts the economic level of the surrounding residents. The location of the school is strategic. Promotional activities are conducted with print media, online, and into the field. Quality human resources and continuous efforts to develop. The physical evidence of Al Huda Kindergarten has good infrastructure and is constantly updated. While the learning process is carried out using a group learning model based on the angles of the activity.
