IntroductionThe number of criminal acts committed by teenagers who are members of the motorcycle gang community in the Makassar City of Indonesia continues to increase at an alarming rate. Among the antisocial behaviors of teenagers in motorcycle gangs which might lead to criminal behavior is aggression. This study aimed to examine the aggression of teenagers in the motorcycle gang community in one area of Makassar City from the Personal Fable (dimensions of omnipotence, uniqueness and invulnerability) and risk-taking behavior perspective.MethodsData were obtained through survey research involving 110 participants. Data collection tools included Personal Fable questionnaires, risk-taking behavior questionnaires, and aggression questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis resulted in a R square value of 0.516 (p=0.00).ResultsThe results show that the Personal Fable, especially the dimensions of invulnerability, and risk-taking behavior had remarkable contributions in the adolescent aggression score, while the omnipotence and uniqueness dimensions of the Personal Fable were not found as significant predictors.ConclusionThe results implied that perceived invulnerability and tendency to engage in risky behavior could markedly predict juvenile aggression. Social intervention aimed at adolescents’ talent and potential development is necessary to channel the destructive tendency of motorcycle gang members into a more favorable hobby.
The reason for conducting this research was based on consideration that university students majoring in English should be at the level where their English is considered good. Unfortunately, students still made errors in both spoken and written form. In this study, 20 students of English Department at Fajar University enrolled which were taken by total samplingmethod. This research is aimed to provide useful information particularly as referencefor English teachers, lecturers and curriculum developers about the extent of theIndonesian syntactic structure that interfere the students in making English sentence.A mix method was applied in which the data was analysed both qualitatively andquantitatively. The conclusion of the result shows that the students still have problemsin making English sentences. They still make errors in forming English sentences thatbased on the Indonesian form. Further, the most errors are found are the error of omissions. It is proven by the findings that the interference of Indonesian syntactic formis the main cause of student’s error in making English sentence.

Considering the importance level of each parameter becomes very ideal in determine priorities. However, this concept has not been applied in the process of selecting candidates for change agents in all District Court offices in Indonesia, so the process becomes less accurate. This paper examines the application of the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) algorithm in determining the priorities of prospective change agent employees at the District Court office, with a case study at the Martapura District Court Office. Parameters of Innovation, Behavior, Discipline, Responsibility, and Communication become a reference in determining the priority order of candidates. Each parameter is given a weight according to the level of importance that has been formulated by policy makers, then the average value obtained from the results of the assessment of each parameter is processed using the TOPSIS algorithm. The system accuracy test is carried out by comparing the process results without parameter weighting and the process results with a parameter weighting system. Based on the 16 cases tested, the TOPSIS accuracy rate reached 100%, so it deserves to be considered a decision support tool.

Keywords: Decision support system; Parameter importance level; Accuracy testing

Instructional design plays an important role in improving the quality of learning and the learning experience of students. But in fact, many universities (especially in the field of Information Technology) have not developed a structured learning design, so that the learning process becomes ineffective. This paper presents a database system learning design model using the Borg and Gall step 1 development model and adapting all stages in the Dick and Carey model. The research consists of four main stages: conducting a preliminary study to find information about the learning product to be developed; develop products based on research findings; conduct field trials on the products developed; and revise products based on test results. The product quality of the developed learning design model is measured from aspects of validity and aspects of practicality. Validity is assessed through expert validation (database system learning material expert, instructional design expert, graphic media expert, and linguist). The measurement results obtained an average value of 5 (on a scale of 1-5), which means that the product of the learning design model developed is included in the valid category. Practicality is measured based on the responses of students and teachers. The results of the practicality measurement obtained an average value of 4.56 (on a scale of 1-5), which means that the product of the learning design model developed is included in the Practically used category
Resolving acts of adultery as the consequence of woman seducing a married man that sometime may lead to out of wedlock pregnany will not be sufficient to only be pursued through national legal channels in the point of view of the Dayak Ngaju tribe. National law regulates sanctions for adulterers/spouse poachers but does not consider the interests of legitimate wives who become the victims. This study aimed to educate the Dayak Ngaju tribe to have better knowledge regarding the local customary law and as a refinement material for the National Criminal Law.The research method used in this study was empirical research method conducted through interviews with damang and mantir adat in Palangka Raya City. The Dayak Ngaju Customary Law has distinct classification of adulterers. Therefore, all forms of actions committed by women who seduce other women's husbands are prohibited in Ngaju Dayak Customary Law. This is reinforced by different customary sanctions in each classification. The National Law has regulated the regulation regarding of homewreckers (husband poachers) in the latest Criminal Code Bill but does not formally regulate psychological recovery for wives who are the victims of infidelity.
