Abstrak Data Puskesmas Duren menunjukkan jumlah kunjungan Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) mengalami penurunan dalam tiga tahun dari 2015 hingga 2017. Pada tahun 2017 adanya kesenjangan antara jumlah kelompok wanita pekerja seksual dan lelaki suka lelaki yang ada di Kecamatan Bandungan dengan jumlah kunjungan VCT pada populasi kunci tersebut serta belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran program pelayanan VCT di Puskesmas Duren. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian terdiri dari 11 dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kurangnya ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana serta sumber daya manusia di Puskesmas Duren. Sudah tersedianya dana dan standar operasional prosedur pelayanan VCT. Kegiatan sosialisasi layanan VCT sudah dilakukan. Pelaksanaan VCT belum sesuai dengan pedoman serta jumlah kunjungan VCT mengalami penurunan dalam tiga tahun terakhir dan belum mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah gambaran program pelayanan VCT di Puskesmas Duren belum berjalan baik. Abstract Data from Duren Primary Health Center showed for the number of VCT visited decreased in three years from 2015 to year 2017. In 2017 there was gap between the number of women sex worker groups and men who were in Bandungan with their number of VCT visited. The purpose of this research was to know the description of VCT program in Duren Public Health Center. This research was conducted in May 2018. This type of research was descriptive qualitative. Research informants consisted of 11 selected by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The results showed the lack of availability of facilities and infrastructure and human resources. Availability of funds and standard operational procedures were sufficiented. Socialization of VCT have been carried out. VCT implementation has not been in accordance with guidelines, the number of VCT visited has decreased in the last three years, and has not reached the targets. The conclusions of this study was the description of the VCT program have not gone well.
Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________Pneumonia penyebab terbesar kematian pada anak-anak dibawah umur lima tahun. Salah satu penyebab meningkatnya kejadian pneumonia adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai penyakit pneumonia. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Non-Equivalent Control Group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki balita dengan stratum pendidikan antara SD-SMA yang tercatat bertempat tinggal di RW 02 Kelurahan Bandarharjo yang berjumlah 97 ibu. Sampel sejumlah 60 responden dengan mengacu pada teori rule of thumb, sampel minimal 30 subyek penelitian pada tiap kelompok penelitian. Pengumpulan data dengan metode test yaitu pre-test dan post-test. Pengolahan data melalui t-test dimana hasil penelitian menunjukkan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang penyakit pneumonia pada balita dengan p value (0,001<0,005). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media booklet efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang pneumonia di Kelurahan Bandarharjo Kota Semarang Tahun 2014 dengan p value (0,001<0,05), dimana hasil post-test kelompok intervensi jumlah ibu berpengetahuan baik 17 orang (56,67%), berpengetahuan cukup 13 orang (43,33%), dan tidak ada ibu yang berpengetahuan kurang (0%). Saran yang diajukan adalah ibu balita yang menjadi responden dapat menyampaikan ilmu dan media booklet tersebut pada para ibu balita lain di Kelurahan Bandarharjo. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic directly has an impact on the decline in the performance of health services, one of which is the role of puskesmas in carrying out their duties and functions. This problem occurs in the Sragen Health Center. The performance achievement at the Sragen Health Center was 65.62% and was included in the less category, it was proven that it had not reached the target targeted by the government of 80%. The problem that arises is is there a relationship between perceptions of the COVID-19 pandemic with the performance of the Sragen Health Center employees in 2021. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Sragen Public Health Center. Sampling used a total sampling technique, so the research sample was 56 respondents. Based on the analysis using the chi-square test, it shows that work attitude has a relationship with the performance of the p-value of 0.003 (p-value <0.005), and there is a positive correlation in the direction of the strength of the moderate correlation with the Pearson correlation value of 0.423. Work motivation has a relationship with the performance of the p-value of 0.002 (p-value <0.005), and there is a positive correlation in the direction of the moderate strength of the correlation with the Pearson correlation value of 0.405. Work experience has a relationship with the performance of the p-value of 0.001 (p-value <0.005), and there is a positive correlation in the direction of the strength of the strong correlation with the Pearson correlation value of 0.621. The work environment has a significant relationship with the performance of the p-value of 0.001 (p-value <0.005), and there is a positive correlation in the direction of the moderate strength of the correlation with the Pearson correlation value of 0.494.Keywords: performance, environment, motivation, experience, attitude
