<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan perbaikan pembelajaran di satuan pendidikan nonformal pada program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD di SPNF-SKB Arga Makmur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara mengunakan aplikasi Kahoot!. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif pada kelas IPS mahir dasar mata pelajaran sosiologi dengan jumlah 23 warga belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketuntasan belajar klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 78,3% atau masih dibawah presentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar ≥ 85%. Pada siklus II sebesar 87% atau sudah masuk dalam kategori tuntas. Rata-rata nilai pada siklus I sebesar 71 yang selanjutnya mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 76. Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan media kahoot! juga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas tutor, berdasarkan hasil obervasi pada siklus I dengan nilai sebesar 21 dengan kategori baik dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 25,5 dengan kategori baik. Hasil observasi aktivitas warga belajar pada siklus I adalah 19 atau masuk kategori cukup, kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 24 atau masuk ketagori baik. Kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran koopertif tipe STAD menggunakan aplikasi kahoot! dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar warga belajar paket C IPS Mahir Dasar di SPNF SKB Arga Makmur.</p>
The purpose of this research is to measure the percentage of management readiness of PKBM in following accreditation. This research was a quantitative descriptive study using a questionnaire as the research instrument. The sample in this study was 8 respondents who were PKBM managers in Rejang Lebong Regency. The finding obtained from the results of the PKBM readiness in registering institutions in SISPENA showed a percentage of 84.28571% so that it was included in the category of very ready to register their institutions at SISPENA. For the readiness of 8 standard documents, the research results obtained show a percentage of 71.25673% so that it was included in the quite ready category. For performance readiness/ implementation of activities, the results of the study showed a percentage of 62.32039% so that it was included in the category of not ready. Based on research findings, it was known that the obstacles in preparing the accreditation process were cost and human resources. The conclusion from this study was that PKBM managers in Rejang Lebong Regency were very prepared to register their institutions in SISPENA because all PKBM already have an NPSN as the main requirements for admission to SISPENA. In addition, it was also known that PKBM managers are quite prepared in preparing 8 standard documents because on average PKBM managers already have 8 standard documents. The manager of PKBM was not ready to prepare the performance/implementation of activities because the data found was not in accordance with 8 standard documents.
<p>The purpose of this study is to improve learning in the Non-formal Education Study Program in the subject of non-formal education policy analysis using amodel blended learning using youtube podcast media by involving bureaucrats and non-formal education practitioners. The research uses classroom action research which is carried out collaboratively between researchers and subject lecturers. The students involved were 27 people from semester 5 of class A for the 2020-2021 academic year. The results of the research in cycle 1 were 71.6% or were in high criteria, cycle 2 was 82.6% or were in high criteria and cycle 3 was 87.2% or were in very high criteria. The skills of the lecturers have increased, in cycle 1 of 73.17% or good criteria, cycle 2 of 80.5% or good criteria and cycle 3 of 83.17% or good criteria. Student learning outcomes also increased, in cycle 1 the minimum completeness was 66.67% unfinished, in cycle 2 the minimum completeness was 77.78% unfinished, and cycle 3 was 92.59% completed. The conclusion is that the application of blended learning using YouTube podcast media by involving bureaucrats and non-formal education practitioners can increase student learning activities, improve lecturers' teaching skills and improve student learning outcomes in the 5th semester of class A in the non-formal education policy analysis course.</p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan perbaikan pembelajaran di Program Studi Pendidikan Nonformal pada mata kuliah analisis kebijakan pendidikan nonformal dengan menggunakan model blended learning menggunakan media youtube podcast dengan melibatkan birokrat dan praktisi pendidikan nonformal. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti dengan dosen pengampu mata kuliah. Mahasiswa yang terlibat berjumlah 27 orang dari semester 5 kelas A tahun ajaran 2020-2021. Hasil penelitian pada siklus 1 sebesar 71,6% atau berada pada kriteria tinggi, siklus 2 sebesar 82,6% atau berada dalam kriteria tinggi dan siklus 3 sebesar 87,2% atau berada dalam kriteria sangat tinggi. Keterampilan dosen mengalai peningkatan, pada siklus 1 sebesar 73,17% atau kriteria baik, siklus 2 sebesar 80,5% atau kriteria baik dan siklus 3 sebesar 83,17% atau kriteria baik. Hasil belajar mahasiswa juga mengalami peningkatan, pada siklus 1 ketuntasan minimal sebesar 66,67% (belum tuntas), pada siklus 2 ketuntasan minimal sebesar 77,78% (belum tuntas), dan siklus 3 sebesar 92,59% (tuntas). Kesimpulan bahwa penerapan blended learning menggunakan media youtube podcast dengan melibatkan birokrat dan praktisi pendidikan nonformal dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar mahasiswa, meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar dosen dan meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa semester 5 kelas A pada mata kuliah analisis kebijakan pendidikan nonformal.</p>
The purpose of this research is to describe the community participation in empowering the mobile security system. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. This study uses interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. Checking the validity of the data used triangulation of sources, triangulation of time and triangulation of techniques. The results obtained from the research are the participation of citizens in participating in the security system at Neighborhood Association 19, Cempaka Permai Village, including the participation of thoughts, energy, assets, skills and skills as well as social participation. On the other hand, there is also internal citizen participation and external participation of residents in participating in the participation system of the Neighborhood Association residents around them supporting and attending even though they do not participate in patrols, from agencies from Babinsa, Bhabinkamtibmas, Head of Rukun Warga, Head of Subdistrict, then from the Mayor's Government give an award, one of them is the Bengkulu City Political and National Unity Body.
This research was descriptive qualitative research aimed to describe the sewing training implementation for heterogeneous learning citizens methods and techniques of learning. Participants in this study were heads of administrative sub-sections, instructors and sewing training citizens learning. This research was conducted at UPTD Bengkulu Work Training on 10 to 31 March 2020. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. The data were analyzed and validated using triangulation data validity technique. From research results, the sewing training instructors apply lecture learning methods, question and answer learning methods, discussion learning methods, demonstration learning methods, group teaching learning methods and individual teaching learning methods. The instructional methods applied by instructors to heterogeneous learning citizens was different, namely by applying group teaching methods with participatory coaching learning techniques.
