The essential arterial hypertension is one of the most common non-infectious diseases and one of leading reasons to deaths in the world. So, the implementation of modern physiotherapeutic technologies in the long-term treatment of women with essential hypertension on the background of the climacteric syndrome is relevant. These technologies allow to optimize and to prolong the effects of basic drug therapy. To estimate medical efficiency of rehabilitation complex the authors used the data of objective somatic study, the psycho-diagnostics, the studies of vegetative and hormone status, REG, ECG and ECG-monitoring by Halter. The re-sults of this research prove a high clinical efficiency of the using physiotherapeutic methods of a multi-relaxation and a spectral phototherapy (total efficiency is 87 and 89%, respectively).
Due to the active professional activities of women aged 45-60, in the modern society, the after-care treatment of female patients with essential arterial hypertension (stages I-II , grades 1-2 ) under pressure of climacteric syndrome is of high social and economic importance. The specialists of medical rehabilitation are the problem of finding effective technologies of medical and non-medical series for improving the quality of life of women in this age group. This article presents the results of after-care treatment of women with essential arterial hypertension and mild or moderate climacteric syndrome (92 females aged 50±4.5) by means of the use of standard hypotensive pharmaceuticals (Candesartan, Bisoprolol, and Hydrochlorothiazide), non-hormonal pharmaceuticals (Klimadynon Uno), and spectral phototherapy as a physiotherapy approach. Such treatment resulted in reliable stabilization of blood pressure, vegetative functions, responsiveness, anxiety, encephalitic circulatory dynamics according to the REG data, and WAN indicators. The average clinical response of the control group amounts to 81.4 %, while that of the experimental group makes up 65.5 %. The key results are sustainable blood pressure stabilization, improved overall health, decreased frequency and severity of the climacteric syndrome along with stabilized vegetative functions, improved encephalitic circulatory dynamics, and psycho-emotional state.
The aim of the study is the reliability of feed mill´s improvement by the study of hammer´s design parameters and the choice of the materials for its manufacture. The object of study is the process of the hammer´s wear in a feed mill of the hammer type. The results of theoretical re-search to improve the wear resistance of feed mill hammers´ are given. Analyzing feed mill work, we came to the conclusion that the hammer deviates from the radial position to the corner α. Theoretical calculations found that to avoid grain´s slipping on a hammer of a feed mill, a hammer with known cutting edge´s angle of 16-18º must be manufactured.
The aim of the study is to prevent the machine´s withdrawal from the technological trajec-tory in conditions of the slope agriculture. The object of study is the process of wheel tractor´s withdrawal of a given course in the mode of operation on sloping areas of the support surface. The results of theoretical studies of the power balance in the process of interaction between the tread elements with an inclined supporting surface are given. The functional relationship of pow-er given on the tractorexchange rate stability and configurational, geometric parameters of the tread´s working elements of the wheel mover.
