The protection of local wisdom as a social element in the formation of regional regulations will result in effective and well implemented regional regulations. The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze local wisdom that can play a role in the implementation of good governance in accordance with the conditions of local communities. The research method used normative research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach and was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research results show that there is legal protection of local wisdom through an inventory mechanism and stipulation through local regulations, so that any formation of local regulations can accommodate the values of local wisdom that exist in the community.
The purpose of this research is to analyze and find out the function and role of Sasi Law in the management of the environment, natural resources and ecosystems in it by the people in Negeri Seith and Negeri Ouw, Central Maluku district, and regulations in Seith and Ouw countries in maintaining the existence of Sasi law. This research method is empirical law, which is a research based on field data by taking data according to the sample and conducting an assessment of positive legal provisions and legal principles. The results of the study show that the implementation of Sasi is currently experiencing degradation because it has not been carried out as the implementation of Sasi was originally, even though Sasi has been considered as part of customary law in each Negeri. The regulation of Sasi is not regulated in a Negeri Regulation so that it binds the community and people in each Negeri, as well as being a guide for the next generation to be maintained.
Introduction: Supervision of Regional Regulations according to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law Number 23 of 2014, PP Number 79 of 2005 and Permendagri Number 1 of 2014 is carried out by the Government. In exercising the authority to supervise Regional Regulations, the Government is limited to the parameters regulated by laws and regulations. Purposes of the Research: To analyze the supervision Parameters of Regional Regulations regulated in Law Number 23 of 2014. Methods of the Research: This research is a normative research, with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Results Originality of the Research: The results of the research found that the provisions of Article 7 of Law Number 12 of 2011 are in accordance with the principle of lex superiori derogate legi inferiori, namely a regulation may also not apply if it clearly contradicts a higher regulatory norm. In a theoretical perspective, the principle of lex superiori derogate legi inferiori was developed by Hans Kelsen and Hans Nawiasky through tiered legal norms.

However, the main problem in employment issues that must receive special attention is child labor.Purposes of the Research: To analyze forms of legal protection for child labor.Methods of the Research: The research was conducted using a normative juridical method with a c statutory approach, conceptual approach and comparative approach a by specifically analyzing the performance of the institution and its authority in the implementation of law enforcement in the Maluku Sea based on the legislation which was then analyzed qualitatively.Results of the Research: Due to the lack of formal employment opportunities, many people work in the informal sector. Even so, the informal sector has not been able to provide proper welfare for workers, but it remains one of the choices of employment opportunities. This situation causes high poverty rates. As a result, many children drop out of school because they are unable to continue their education, which is quite expensive. This situation has forced many school-age children in Ambon City to work to help their families either in markets or in people's homes. Child labor is allowed as long as there is protection for child labor in accordance with applicable laws.
