The development of the cinema industry in the city of Samarinda and the development increased significantly. At present, in the city of Samarinda there are 5 famous brand places, namely XX1 Big Mall, XX1 Samarinda Square, XX1 SCP, Cinema 21 SCP, and the newest CGV Cinema Plaza Mulia. The number of developments in East Kalimantan, especially Samarinda and its surroundings was triggered by a considerable attraction from the public for the film industry, from children to the elderly. This gives the potential for regional economic growth from the tourism sector. Therefore, this potential needs to be maximized by involving the construction of the Family Cinema Building in the Kumala Island Region, housing and entertainment clusters, Tenggarong City, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. This great potential is supported by the strategic tourism area of Kumala Island and the absence of well-known brands in the city of Tenggarong. In addition, Kumala Island as a tourist island that needs to be managed and benefited by the Government and the Tourism Department of Kutai Kartanegara Regency is an attractive tourist attraction for the surrounding community and migrants. Planning this Family Cinema Building will be one of the best attractions for the community, because it supports the family concept, providing 17 mini theater spaces, lounges, parks and other facilities. So the planning of tourist attraction development needs to be done in order to maximize the essence and image of Kumala Island as one of the best tourist destinations in East Kalimantan.
Di kota Balikpapan terdapat banyak pasar tradisional, salah satunya adalah Pasar Sepinggan Balikpapan.Meredesain Pasar Sepinggan Balikpapan agar mampu mewadahi aktifitas jual-beli dengan penerapan Pencahayaan dan Penghawaan alami.Metode yang digunakan dalam Redesain Pasar Sepinggan, lebih menekankan pada penerapan Pencahayaan dan Penghawaan Alami serta sistem utilitas pada pasar. Selain itu terdapat beberapa literatur yang dapat digunakan dan menjadi standar dalam proses redesain Pasar Sepinggan Balikpapan. Pasar Sepinggan Balikpapan merupakan salah satu pasar tradisional yang ramai pengunjung di Kota Balikpapan , karena terkenal dengan harga yang lebih murah dari pasar lain , namun penataan para pedagang masih belum dilakukan dan pola parkir yang tidak beraturan menimbulkan kemacetan pada pagi dan sore harikonsep penataan kembali baik dari segi bangunan , zonasi dan layout ruang pada pasar tersebut ,pertimbangan arsitektur yang diberikan akan menghasilkan sebuah desain yang membentuk sebuah suasana yang berbeda dari sebelumnya untuk mengikat minat pengunjung dan memberikan kenyamana pada aktifitas jual-beli yang terjadi.
The need for housing is very rapid, especially the type of house growing with several choices of area, namely types 21, 27, 36, 45 to 120m2. In the growing house will be provided land for homeowners to develop the house so it is more feasible. The concept of housing provided by the developer is sometimes incompatible with the concept of utilizing natural lighting because it only emphasizes attractive design and number of units. For this reason, it is necessary to provide a reference for homeowners as a strategy to renovate buildings facing the west so that the utilization of natural lighting remains optimal and meets the measurement of comfort visually. The study will analyze the average lux value or Daylight Levels avarage of natural lighting resulting from the amount of light openings. The analysis will be done is the average value of natural lighting from the location strategy and the amount of light aperture in producing quality lighting in space. The kitchen room and family room are spaces with a high level of activity that require optimal lighting. The most optimal lighting level is the opening type of model 1 with 10% opening in the west, 10% opening in the roof, and 50% in the east. The resulting lighting level is 998.58 lux in clear sky conditions and 849 lux overcast conditions.
ABSTRACT Nutritional problems in Samarinda occur because they are related to poverty, diet, health, and also cleanliness. So that a nutrition clinic is needed which is a health facility that provides complete basic medical services, namely good and complete services. This building will be specifically designed to serve nutrition with modern architectural styles and linear space organizations. The facade of the building that will be applied to this nutrition clinic is by using a modern style. At this clinic will use the temple's black natural stone and glass riben on the facade of the building. The facade of this building also uses secondary wood skin to reduce the entry of afternoon sunlight into the building. Linear organizations are used to make it easier for visitors to enter the building and also to separate zones so that when visitors enter the building, they will immediately enter the semi-public, private, and service zones. Semi-public zones, such as lobby, reception, and administration. Private zone is consultation rooms. Service zones such as lavatories and prayer rooms. Sehingga dibutuhkan klinik gizi yang merupakan fasilitas kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan medik dasar yang paripurna yaitu pelayanan yang baik dan lengkap. Bangunan ini akan dirancang khusus untuk melayani gizi dengan gaya arsitektur modern dan organisasi ruang linier. Fasad bangunan yang akan diterapkan pada klinik gizi ini yaitu dengan menggunakan gaya modern. Pada klinik ini akan menggunakan batu alam candi berwarna hitam dan kaca riben pada fasad bangunannya. Fasad bangunan ini juga menggunakan secondary skin kayu untuk mengurangi masuknya sinar matahari sore ke dalam bangunan. Organisasi linier digunakan agar mempermudah pengunjung memasuki bangunan dan juga pemisahan zona sehingga ketika pengunjung memasuki bangunan akan langsung berurutan memasuki zona semi publik, privat, dan servis. Zona semi publik yaitu seperti lobby, resepsionis, dan administrasi. Zona privat yaitu ruang-ruang konsultasi. Zona servis seperti wc dan musholla. ABSTRAKRuang Brewing Kopi di Klinik kopi merupakan ruang yang sangat penting oleh para penyaji kopi dan pengunjung karena di ruang inilah segala kegiatan tentang kopi dilakukan seperti, memilih kopi, brewing kopi, menikmati kopi, berbagi pengetahuan tentang kopi dan melakukan pembayaran. Ruang Brewing kopi ini selalu dipenuhi pengunjung dengan bermacam dimensi ukuran tubuh dan barang bawaan. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal ditemukan permasalahan sirkulasi dan gerak terutama pada saat ramai pengunjung, banyaknya pengunjung mengakibatkan rasa tidak nyaman bagi pengunjung lain dan penyaji kopi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji permasalahan ergonomi pada tata ruang sirkulasi dan gerak ruang brewing di Klinik kopi Yogyakarta melalui studi gerak sesuaiergonomi. Hasil kajian ini memberi kontribusi terhadap kenyamanan gerak bagi pengunjung dan penyaji kopi. Tolak ukur dalam penelitian ada 2 aspek yaitu anthropometri dan ergonomic space. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode pemetaan aktivitas ( activity mapping ). Dari hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa yang sekarang tidak memenuhi standar kebutuhan dimensi gerak manusia (anthropometri), maka untuk meningkatkan kualitas ruang brewing kopi yang ergonomis dibutuhkan penataan dan desain perabot yang lebih baik. Coffee Brewing Chamber is always filled with visitors with various dimensions of body size and stuff. Based on early observations found problems of circulation and motion especially when many visitors, the number of visitors resulted in discomfort for other visitors and publishers. The purpose of this research is to examine the problem of ergonomics on spatial motion and circulation spaces brewing coffee in the clinic as Yogyakarta via the appropriate motion study ergonomics. The results of this study contribute towards motion comfort for visitors and publishers. A benchmark in the study there are two aspects, namely anthropometri and ergonomic space. The methods used in this research is to method mapping activity (activity mapping). From the results of the analysis it was found that the standard did not meet the needs of the present dimensions of human motion(anthropometry), thus improving the quality of coffee brewing an ergonomic space required Setup and better design.
