We aimed to detect the differences in emotional intelligence in young people according to some sociodemographic variables. A total of 170 people who were sitting a special-ability examination in order to gain a place in the physical education and sports teaching department at a university formed the sample. We found that there were statistically significant differences in emotional intelligence levels according to the variables of age, hometown, participation in social and sports activities, self-description, and description of family, as well as in the behaviors of the families towards the adolescent. There were no significant differences according to gender, alma mater, or the income level of the family.
This study was conducted in order to determine the job satisfaction levels of provincial referees on the basis of 9 demographic variables. The study sample consisted of 83 provincial referees working in Kahramanmaras, Adana, and Osmaniye provinces of Turkey. The Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ; Dawis, Weiss, England, & Lofquist, 1967) was used to identify job satisfaction levels. While a statistically significant difference was found between provincial referees in terms of age, foreign language level, income level, and other-than-refereeing jobs and term (p < 0.05); no statistically significant difference was found between the provincial referees in terms of marital status, education level, and sports background (p < 0.05). It is recommended that mental and psychological needs of referees be met to ensure that they can perform well. Moreover, management and senior colleagues should support younger and less experienced referees.
ÖZETSponsorluk bir olay ya da faaliyet için direk bir kuruluş yerine bir organizasyon tarafından bir olaya ya da faaliyete yönlendirilen kaynakların karşılanmasıdır. Sponsorluk aracılığı ile sporu kullanan şirket, markalar, dolaylı olarak reklam çalışmalarını gerçekleştirmektedirler. Sosyal anlamdaki spor pazarlaması için firmaların sporu kullanmak üzere sponsorluk yatırımında bulunmadığı görülür. Ancak bu alan için üretilecek toplumsal sosyal sorumluluk projeleri kurumların pazarlama hedefleri için çok etkin bir sahadır. Spor sponsorluğu büyük kitlelere hitap edebilmesi nedeniyle, özellikle ürünlerini ve hizmetlerini kısa zamanda bu kitlelere tanıtmak isteyen firmalarca yapılmaktadır.Bu araştırmanın amacı; Türkiye de spor sponsorluğunda sektörel yaklaşımları tespit etmektir Araştırmada; Veri toplama aracı olarak "anket yöntemi" kullanılmıştır. Anket 2007-2008 yılında kendi illerinde kurumlar vergi sıralamasında ilk 100 e giren işletmeler arasından "tesadüfî örneklem" yolu ile seçilmiş toplam 109 işletmede gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; Spor sponsorluğuna "tekstil sektörü" nün ilgi gösterdiği, "otomotiv ve sağlık" sektörünün, sporda sponsorluğun "sosyal bir sorumluluk olduğu"nu "gıda ve akaryakıt" sektörlerinin "ürünlerini tanıtımları" ile ilgili olarak, spor sponsorluğuna katılım sağladıkları, sponsor olarak "hedef kitlelerine ulaşım" sağlamada "gıda ve otomotiv" sektörlerinin ön plana çıktığı görülmüştür.
In essence, Assertiveness is an inclination to undertake new and daring enterprises. Namely, it's the trait of being adventurous. Assertiveness is an important aspect of communication with others, and it's also a decisive factor of getting engage with people. In this study, it's aimed to study Assertiveness level of college students who is doing Orienteering Sports in terms of some variables. This study is carried out will a survey of 7 questions regarding students' personal information and Rathus' Assertiveness Schedule which contents 30 questions. This study is carried out in Balikesir, Turkey during College Orienteering Sports Olympics. 192 males and 68 females (Total of 260) college students volunteered to participate with the research. Collected data is analyzed with SPSS distribution of frequency, arithmetic sequence and T-Test. Error rate in this study assumed as 0, 5.According to the study, college students who are involved with Orienteering Sports have Assertiveness level of middle, high or highest level as stated by 260 of the participants. Also, it is found that males' assertiveness level is higher compared to female participants. Besides, students with ages to have higher assertiveness levels. Study also shows that where students come from makes no difference in terms of assertiveness level. As a result, it has been found that students involved in Orienteering Sports have higher assertiveness level and their previous sports history also contributes in a positive way.

Futbol yönetim ve organizasyonlarının bilimsel metotlar ışığında, futbol yönetimi uzmanları ve kuruluşları ile birlikte, günümüz şartlarına uygun, geniş katılımlı ve paylaşımcı ortamlarda ele alınarak "Modern Futbol Yönetimine" uygun planlanıp değerlendirilmesi, futbolunun gelişerek, yaygınlaşmasının yanı sıra, uluslararası rekabet şansını artırarak, verimlilik esasına dayalı, istihdam ve katma değer yaratarak, kitlelere ulaştırılması gerekmektedir. In this study, the process of institutionalization, the management structure and organizations of football as a social institution in the world, in Europe and Turkey were evaluated with retrospective method using historical researches.
