Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa adakah implementasi dari Lembaga Amil Zakat dalam hal ini adalah Yayasan Yatim Mandiri cabang Kediri dalam menyikapi adanya Fatwa MUI Nomor 23 Tahun 2020 tentang pemanfaatan harta zakat, infak, dan shadaqah untuk penanggulangan wabah covid-19 dan dampaknya terutama dalam bidang ekonomi yang berdampak pada kondisi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep kesejahteraan Imam Ghazali dan juga Fatwa MUI Nomor 23 tahun 2020. Sedangkan hasil penelitian dijabarkan dalam bentuk kata-kata sehingga disebut dengan metode kualitatif dengan data dari hasil wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Yayasan Yatim Mandiri cabang Kediri mengapresiasi Fatwa MUI Nomor 23 tahun 2020 dengan cara menyalurkan dana filantropi yang terkumpul melalui dalah satu programnya yang bernama BISA untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam bidang ekonomi pada masa pandemi covid 19. This study aims to analyze whether an implementation of the Amil Zakat Institute is real, in this case the Kediri branch of the Yatim Mandiri Foundation in response to the MUI Fatwa Number 23 of 2020 concerning the use of zakat, infaq and shadaqah assets for the prevention of the Covid-19 outbreak and its impact, especially in the economic sector. which has an impact on the condition of society's welfare. The theory used in this research is the concept of the welfare of Imam Ghazali and also Fatwa MUI Number 23 of 2020. Meanwhile, the results of the study are translated into words so that they are called qualitative methods with data from interviews. The results of this study indicate that the Kediri branch of the Yatim Mandiri Foundation appreciates MUI Fatwa Number 23 of 2020 by channeling philanthropic funds collected through one of its programs called BISA to improve the welfare of the society in the economic sector during the Covid 19 pandemic.
People's lifestyle can change according to the development of mindset as well as the existing culture. These conditions encourage the banking world in product development to meet the needs of these communities. One of the products adopted by sharia bank is credit card, DSN MUI has issued its fatwa number 54 / DSN / -MUI / X / 2006 for this product with agreement of kafalah, qard and ijarah. This product of sharia credit card is called in sharia bank with name of sharia card. In addition to allowing the sharia card fatwa DSN also provides limits on the use of this magic card. In the 2020 period, due to the Covid outbreak, the income of social funds in the zakat collection unit of the Great Mosque of Kediri City decreased by approximately 25%. This is due to a decline in the economic sector, so there is a change in the behavior of some people in terms of channeling their benevolent funds. This entry condition requires the zakat collection unit of the Great Mosque of Kediri to think about a strategy to increase social funds so that mustahiq who have become members can still receive assistance as usual. This study purpose an overview of how the strategy of the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ) at the Great Mosque of Kediri City in increasing social fund receipts during the pandemic so that mustahik can still be supported. This study takes the object of the UPZ of the Great Mosque of Kediri City and uses qualitative methods to explain the results of the study. Data mining was carried out by conducting direct interviews with the management of the zakat collection unit of the Great Mosque of Kediri. As a knife of analysis, this research uses the theory of Islamic marketing strategy. The results obtained from this study were to increase the income of social funds UPZ Great Mosque of Kediri City implemented an empathy strategy, namely picking up the ball, using digital marketing and distributing pamphlets and appeals during routine Sunday recitations and Friday prayer congregations.

Data ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi yang berasal dari data primer dan skunder.
