User Experience (UX) is increasingly popular as a success factor in a product, system or service in many sectors and industries, including government institutions. User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) is one of the tools at measure UX. The purpose of this study is to measure UX on the SIIMPATIKA Service Application as one type of E-Government Online Services in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Indonesia. There are 127 employees of Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs participating in this research as respondent. The results of this study found that the SIMPATIKA Service obtained a very positive UX score on attributes of attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, and stimulation. However, novelty has a score quite positive than other attributes . The results of this study can be provides additional ideas for further development of the application of SIMPATIKA service at the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs.
The City of Malang Public Works and Spatial Planning Department (DPUPR) is the department responsible for regional planning, infrastructure, building, and others. DPUPR currently has a Building Listing Information System (SIPBANG) to simplify the listing process. However, in an interview with the DPUPR, it was mentioned that there were several issues related to its ongoing system. The mobile display was unresponsive, numerous functions were not working supposedly, difficult maintenance because of PHP Native, and new features were needed to support the work of DPUPR. These issues were slowing down the work of DPUPR, therefore this research will be focused to fix SIPBANG’s issues. The provided solutions were to develop SIPBANG to fit in DPUPR’s needs and resolve the issues of SIPBANG. The development was done by using Scrum framework and the combination of management methodology project. Scrum was used as the main method for system development because of three-month time limit from DPUPR. Besides, management project was used as the method that would ease the arrangement of general project planning from initialization, planning, implementation, evaluation, and closing. Both of them will be combined with Scrum used in one of the project management stages, which is implementation that consist of building the system. Once done, the scrum combination and the project management were successfully developed SIPBANG further. The steps on management project also successfully made SIPBANG more planned and predictable. The development system that used scrum was able to finish developing the system successfully with two sprint iterations and successfully produced the SIPBANG that suits DPUPR’s needs. This success is supported based on the results of system testing. The tested result of validity that was used to determine the suitability between the requirements and the system implementation able to produce valid results for each requirements. While the tested result of compatibility that was used to determine the ability of the system to be accessed mostly positive, with the exception of the category of important issues which is negative because the site does not use a secure protocol.</em></p>
The research aims to select the highest diameter inhibition zone of several types of herb water extract against Escherichia coli and find the best herb water extract towards minimum inhibition concentration. It was divided into two parts, in the first stage was to evaluate antibacterial activity of herbs water extract and the second stage was to evaluate concentration of extract to effectively inhibit growth of E. coli. In the first experiment there were 6 treatments; P 0 (aquadest 100%), P 1 (antibiotic tetrachlor), P 2 (Zingiber officinale extract), P 3 (Z. officinale var. Rubrum extract), P 4 (Kaempferia galanga extract) and P 5 (Z. zerumbet L. extract) tested to find the best herbs on the basis of diameter inhibition zone. In the second experiment 6 treatments were used namely from 0%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% of Z. officinale var. Rubrum extract tested for Minimum Inhibition Concentration (MIC) against E. coli. The results showed that among the herbs, Z. officinale var. Rubrum extract had the strongest antibacterial activity based on diameter of inhibition zone against E. coli. While as low as 50% of Z. officinale var. Rubrum extract showed an MIC although the highest activity indicated when 100% of Z. officinale var. Rubrum extract used.
