Archery athletes train physically and technically to be able to make a full series of bow-pulls, but athletes who can make good movements during training may not be able to do it perfectly during matches. The athlete's concentration can be disturbed by various things when competing and affect the athlete's performance and achievement. The ability to concentrate is something that can be trained through mental training. This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of progressive muscle relaxation, as one method of mental training, on the concentration of archery athletes. This study uses an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects of this study were 12 UNIMED Archery Club athletes who were divided into experimental and control groups. The instrument used to measure an athlete's concentration is the Grid Concentration Exercise. Data obtained by doing pretest and posttest in both groups. The Progressive Muscle Relation Treatment was given only to the experimental group. Wilcoxon Test analysis results showed there were differences in concentration scores between after and before treatment in the experimental group, meaning that the hypothesis "there is an effect of progressive muscle relaxation on concentration in Archery athletes" was accepted. The experimental group had an average gain score higher than the control group, it showed that progressive muscle relaxation had an effect on increasing the concentration of Archery athletes.
This study aims to determine the effect of Method Games and Interests of Basic Motion Skills Learning Outcomes sd Running State 105 345 Sidodadi Ramunia Beringin Subdistrict Year 2018. The research sample 62 students, each of which consists of class III SD using research design treatment by the level of 2x2 with Tukey test at the level of = 0.05. The results showed: 1) In the group A1 and A2 whereQh = 12.40 and Qt = 3.83, and based on these results we can conclude that there are differences in basic motor skills learning outcomes between moetode game run group and individual play method. 2) Provided Fh> Ft namely 19.81> 4.15. So it can be concluded overall that there is an interaction between the method of play and interest in learning to run basic motor skills. 3) With the Tukey test in group A1B1 and A2B1 where Qh = 11.27 and Qt = 2.99, and based on these results it can be concluded that the results of learning basic motor skills to run with high interest taught using the method of group play better than method of playing individually. 4) Where Qh = 1.32 and Qt = 2.
Small sided games is a game that played a smaller court and fewer players than the real game. The research aimed to know about effect of small sided games toward improvement of basic soccer techniques to perfect unimed soccer school student at the age 14 to 16 years old. The research is an experimental research. The design used in this research is design randomized control group pretest and posttest. Sample in this research are all the perfect unimed soccer school students age group 14 to 16 years old which amounts 48 students. The sampling techniques used in this research is total sampling. The data collection tehniques used test. The instrument used soccer skill test for soccer school from Ardi Nusri with a validity level of 0,700 for score and 0,775 for time, while reliabilty 0,915 for score and 0,882 for total time. Data analyse techniques used T test through prerequisite of normality test and homogenity test. Based on theoretical studies and research journal, small sided games training can improve basic techniques of perfect unimed soccer school student age 14 to 16 years old. It can be concluded that there is a siqnificant effect of small sided games toward the improvement of basic soccer tecniques to perfect unimed soccer school student age 14 to 16 years old.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Minat Masyarakat untuk Menggunakan Fasilitas Olahraga di Universitas Negeri Medan Tahun 2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berupa angket jenis tertutup atau kuesioner tertutup (close). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang menggunakan fasilitas olahraga di Universitas Negeri Medan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel berlapis acak (stratified random sampling) berdasarkan usia yakni kategori dewasa dini pada usia 18 tahun sampai usia 40 tahun dan usia dewasa madya dimulai dari usia 40 tahun sampai usia 60 tahun. Angket yang dibuat diuji coba terlebih dahulu. Hasil uji coba angket memiliki validitas dengan rhitung > 0,444 dan reliabilitas r11 = 0,886. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dari 32 butir pernyataan dengan 60 responden untuk indikator perhatian (attention), diperoleh persentase sebesar 74,5% dengan kategori “Tinggi”. Untuk indikator ketertarikan (interest), diperoleh persentase sebesar 71,6% dengan kategori “Tinggi”. Untuk indikator keinginan (desire), diperoleh persentase sebesar 77,3% dengan kategori “Tinggi”. Untuk indikator keyakinanan (conviction), diperoleh persentase sebesar 81,0% dengan kategori “Sangat Tinggi”. Untuk indikator keputusan (decision), diperoleh persentase sebesar 81,5% dengan kategori “Sangat Tinggi” dan untuk indikator tindakan (action), diperoleh persentase sebesar 77,7% dengan kategori “Tinggi”. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan Minat Masyarakat Untuk Menggunakan Fasilitas Olahraga Di Universitas Negeri Medan Tahun 2017 termasuk dalam kategori “Tinggi” dengan persentase rata-rata 77,3%. The research was underpinned by the fact in the field that students in junior high school have been able to understand the rules of throwing ball games. The research aims to determine the ability of the students in the throwing ball regulation in the city of Medan school year 2019/2020. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The method used is a poll sheet. The subject of this study is a student of 60 students at the Kota Medan Junior High School. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, which is poured in the form of percentages. The results of research on student skills survey in the throwing ball regulation at SMP City Medan school year 2019/2020. In junior high school Madya Utama Medan Students ' ability to understand the throwing ball rules with a percentage of 80.00%, do not understand the regulation with a percentage of 20.00%. In junior high school hero Medan's students ability to understand the throwing ball rules with a percentage of 85.21%, do not understand the regulation of 14.79%. In junior high School 8 Medan students ' ability to understand the regulation with a percentage of 90.00%, do not understand the regulation of 10.00%. In junior high School 27 Medan students ' ability to understand the throwing ball regulation with a percentage of 89.17% did not understand the regulation of 10.83%. At SMP Negeri 35 Medan Students ' ability to understand the throwing ball regulation with a percentage of 93.33% did not understand the regulation of 6.67%. Overall the ability of the student understands the throwing ball rules with an average percentage of 87.54% and does not understand the game rules of throwing balls with an average of 12.46%.
