This study aims to find out: (1) Student learning activities in IPS (Social Sciences) learning on the application of scramble learning model using puppet hero media (Puppet Heroes), and (2) Improvement of IPS learning outcomes after application of learning model of scramble using media of wayang heroes. Data collection using observation and test, while for data analysis technique using the analysis technique of classical and individual completeness. From the research result, it can be concluded that: (1) learners are more active in IPS learning on the application of scramble learning model by using puppet hero media, students play an active role, motivated, cooperate with increasing concentration and speed of thinking during learning process in cycle I. the observation of teacher activity on the learning process conducted by observer I and observer II during social science learning process (IPS) in cycle I average aspects of teacher activity is 3.63 with very good criteria and the average aspects of the activities of learners that is 3.37 with good criteria, and (2) There is an increase in learning outcomes of IPS learners after the application of the model of learning scramble using the media of wayang heroes. This is indicated by the results of learning seen through the average scores of classes in the first cycle is 80.21 with the criteria achieved and meet the KKM 70, reaching the percentage of learning mastery learners classically that is 100%, with 85% classical completeness.
Introduction. The evaluation of online learning is an attempt to see the extent of the education process in Indonesia. This evaluation study seen from parents’ perception is a new study that has not been carried out. Most dominant researchers evaluate the learning process by emphasising the school, but it has not been touched from the parent’s side.Aim. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of online learning based on the perceptions of parents of students.Research methodology and methods. A discrepancy evaluation model method is used in the present research. The discrepancy evaluation model embodies five stages of evaluation: reviewing designs and standards, comparing implementation strategies, reviewing whether the process produces goals, comparing discrepancies with objectives, and cost and benefit analysis. The research subjects were 231 parents, who were involved using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using online questionnaires and interview sheets. A table of evaluation criteria and descriptive analysis were employed to analyse the data.Results and scientific novelty. The study results show that the implementation of online learning can run well, but the government needs to prepare appropriate policies to maintain the quality of learning. On average, 72.82% of parents think that the online learning process is sufficient. There are still psychological obstacles in the form of fatigue, anxiety, too many tasks, and technical obstacles in the form of a slow Internet network and the lack of availability of online learning facilities such as cellphones, laptops, personal computers, which are input and follow-up devices for schools, so that online learning is expected to continue to be improved increasing its effectiveness.Practical significance. This research implies that evaluation is one of the indicators that can measure the success of a programme. To implement the online learning programme, namely in junior high schools in Indonesia, it is necessary to have a special education policy by paying attention to the segmentation of the characteristics of parents, especially groups of low-income parents and education level.
This research departs from the phenomenons as a new system the policy of implementation of open selection within the palangka raya city government has been responded to by varios civil servant especially in Palangka Raya government environment and civil servants who register as participants does not match the exected amount so that an extention of the registratration period. In this study using a qualitative approach. The research data was obtained from direct observations, interviews and collecting documents and using triangulation of data sources and theory triangulation. Based on the result of research that the policy implementation of primary leader position through open selection in the Palangka Raya city government environment has been going well but not yet optimal. The low interest of civil servant to participate in open selection is because there is an assumption that open selection is only a formality. The constraints faced are the tendency factor, whish is the attitudes and interest of the civil servant who are still lacking and the resource factor, which is inadequate facilitieas so that it entails a large cost for building rent. The aouthor suggest that the city government of Palangka Raya should be able to actively and consistenly as well as maintain commitments so that in the future the implementation of open selection can gain the trust and interest of the sivil servants, continue to improve in the provision and improvements of facilies such as building, meeting rooms, computers and equipment, using the assessor who has been accredited by the state personnel agency and for the competency test stage can take advantage of the results of the talent pool conducted by the state personnel board competency assessment center.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan persepsi mahasiswa tentang pembelajaran daring di tinjau dari (1) asal Program Studi mahasiswa, (2) mata kuliah yang ditempuh, dan (3) jenis kelamin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FKIP UM Palangkaraya semester Genap tahun akademik 2019/2020. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang memprogramkan mata kuliah Metodologi Penelitian, Teknik Penulisan Karya Ilmiah, Problematika Pembelajaran, dan mata kuliah Belajar Pembelajaran. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket daring sebanyak 17 butir pertanyaan yang sudah divalidasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis varian satu jalur dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada populasi mahasiswa FKIP UM Palangkaraya: (1), Tidak ada perbedaan persepsi tentang perkuliahan sistem daring jika ditinjau dari program studi mahasiswa, dengan nilai F hitung = 2,421 dan Sig 0.122 > 0.05, (2) Tidak ada perbedaan persepsi tentang perkuliahan sistem daring jika ditinjau dari jenis mata kuliah yang ditempuh mahasiswa, dengan nilai F hitung = 1,042 dan Sig 0.376 > 0.05, (3) Ada perbedaan persepsi tentang perkuliahan sistem daring jika ditinjau dari jenis kelamin mahasiswa, dengan nilai F hitung = 15,162 dan Sig 0.000 < 0.05. Dari analisis deskriptif diketahui bahwa mahasiswa laki-laki cenderung memiliki persepsi lebih positif tentang perkuliahan daring dibanding mahasiswa perempuan
