The growth of Information Technology (IT) has changed the order of conventional learning process toward the learning model without geographical boundaries, which is known as E-learning. This study aims to explore the readiness of Dayah Jeumala Amal Lueng Putu to implement the E-learning method by using ELR Aydin & Tasci data analysis model. The results of this study has shown that Dayah Jeumala Amal is ready to implement learning system based on E-learning except on Human Resources factor (2.99) and Innovation factor (3.11). The highest score is on Technology factor (4.02), followed by self-development factor (3.57). This study contributes to educational institutions to improve the quality of human resources and innovation in the implementation of learning methods based on E-learning.
Academic achievement is determined by two factors, namely internal factors originating from within the individual in this case students and external factors that come from outside the individual or things that are influenced by the environment. There are many ways to find an academic achievement, one of which uses data mining which aims to predict or classify data using a classification algorithm. This study aims to 1) find out how to apply the Naive Bayes algorithm to student achievement, and 2) see the accuracy of the Naive Bayes algorithm to student achievement. This type of research is secondary data in the form of student data obtained from the information technology center and the Ar-Raniry UIN database. This research uses Naive Bayes algorithm and random forest algorithm. The results obtained from this study indicate the highest correlation value in the initial IP variable of r = 0.783 and the leave variable has a very weak correlation level of r = 0.054. The accuracy value of Naive Bayes algorithm after cleaning is 78.0% and Random Forest algorithm variable is 76.7%.
The rapid IT development has brought us to the different level of an era; information openness. The information is now easily accessed through the internet. It is believed that the internet comes with many things that benefited human life. Despite its advantages, the internet also will bring problems if it is improperly used. To cope with the problems, it is important to create a safe, clean, and positive internet environment. A positive internet program, initiated by Kemkominfo Indonesia, is actively distributed to achieve this goal. We observed whether this program is feasible to be applied in a university. Our experiment object is students in UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. We found that most of the students, about more than 90%, believe that a positive internet environment is important to be implemented. Moreover, a positive internet environment also will give positive impact to their personality and behavior. To realize the implementation, we have compared DNS filtering products which are able to block negative-content websites. Form our experiments, we recommend that the university apply DNS Nawala because it performs better by blocking more than 40% tested negative websites, compared to the other tested DNS products. So regarding the opinion of the students, DNS Nawala is feasible to be implemented to realize a clean, safe, and positive internet environment.
This study aims to determine the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions on Behavioral intentions among students Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty (FTK), State Islamic University of Ar-Raniry (UIN Ar-Raniry), in using e-commerce Shopee. The sample used in this study were students who had used e-commerce Shopee. We used the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) methodology in this study by distributing questionnaires both in paper based and by utilizing the google form application. The results of this study indicate that the four factors studied has the positive effects on Behavioral Intention of FTK’s students by 42%.
This study is to answer the problem of developing power point-based i'tikaf 50 educational games in Dayah Al-furqan Aceh Besar because students are not very interested in lecture or conventional learning systems. Therefore, an educative and interesting game was made in learning I'tiqad 50. The method used in the research was R&D (Research and Development) or research development. The results of the validation test by the validator were 16 respondents with the aspect of material assessment getting a score. as much as 77.2%, and the media assessment aspect got a score of 78.2%. The results of the implementation of the I'tikad 50 educational game learning media which were applied to the control class (KK) in Dayah Al-furan obtained an average score of 89.3 and the traditional (conventional) learning outcomes were applied to the ordinary class (KB) in Dayah Al -furqan obtained an average score of 74.6.
