Resumo: Este estudo investigou como as opiniões publicadas em sites de recomendações influenciam o processo de decisão de compra de serviços hoteleiros. Na coleta de dados, pelo método qualitativo, utilizou -se entrevistas com internautas e consumidores que já se sentiram influenciados pelas opiniões de outros usuários. Os resultados indicam que as opiniões postadas atuam de forma relevante na decisão de compra de serviços hoteleiros. Os principais fatores para tornar os comentários dos internautas referências são a credibilidade e a confiança que os buscadores de informações lhes atribuem. Identificaram -se, ainda, os processo de compartilhamento e de busca de informações online dos serviços turísticos. Palavras -chave:Ambiente virtual, turismo, consumidor, opinião, recomendações. During the data collection, the qualitative methods was used interviews with consumers and netizens who have felt influenced by opnions of others users. The results indicate that opinions posted acting relevant in the purchase decision of hotel services. The main factors to make from the netizens comments references is the credibility and trust that information seekers give it. Furthermore, we identified the process of sharing and process of searcher online information of turism services.
