ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT OF THE REPLACEMENT OF GREASE LUBRICANT FOR FIBERGLASS FABRIC WITH TEFLON ® AS RELEASE AGENT IN BONDING PROCESS AbstractThis work aims to seek and apply CP actions in the bonding process. This is done in a cuboid designed cabin, which sticky material is polyurethane adhesive. As the application on the substrate is carried out with a particular gun, fog formation occurs and therefore its deposition on the walls of the booth forming adhesive layers that must be removed and discarded as waste. In order to facilitate its removal, the walls were coated with grease, which ended as a waste contaminating. With stocks of CP, we sought to eliminate grease the process. From there, the economic and environmental evaluation was performed. The best option to eliminate the grease would be the use of a product that act as release agent, so it has been tested glass fiber fabric with Teflon ® . As the tests showed satisfactory results, there was the replacement of grease. Thus there was a reduction of costs and the cabin cleaning time, not generating as waste grease, possibility of reuse of waste, eliminating contact between the operator and grease, transforming a residue class I and class II financial return of the amount invested at 1.1 months.
