This study seeks to determine the impact of elearning in education on students' learning outcome. We employ a quasi-experimental design in this study. The subject of this study consisted of students of Sport Science Faculty at State University of Medan. The independent variables in this study are e-learning using an Edmodo platform that serves to provide elearning materials and conventional learning method. The dependent variable is the students' learning outcome. The data of learning outcomes were analyzed using t-test. The results indicate that the learning outcomes of control class scored 74.31 at 9.47 standard deviation. As for the experimental class, the average score of learning outcomes was 83.56 at 8.26 standard deviation. Significant differences exist between the learning outcomes of experimental and control classes at a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the experimental class scored 9.25 higher than the control class. From this, it can be stated that students who use e-learning scored higher than those who use conventional approaches to learning. This research conclude that e-learning can have an impact on student learning outcomes.
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) – based learning aims to promote lifelong learning. This study tries to implement ICT-based learning in collaboration with electronic heutagogy. Both web-based and non-web-based devices were analyzed. It was found that e-contents, massive open online course (MOOC), digital media, social media, web 2.0, and Moodles promote both fun and accessibility to their users. Some are even accessible through their smart phones so that they can use them anywhere they go. It is implied that electronic heutagogy - based e-learning using ICT is an effective choice amid the industrial revolution era.

Indonesia kecuali provinsi Aceh tidak melarang perbuatan homoseksual secara mutlak dan tidak pula melegalkan pernikahan sesama jenis. Di Indonesia, berdasarkan data statistik pada tahun 2016 jumlah kaum homoseksual tercatat mencapai 10-20 juta orang. Universalisme HAM selalu dijadikan alasan ketika budaya timur berbeda dengan budaya barat. Padahal dalam teori-teori HAM yang dikemukakan para ahli, selain teori universalisme HAM masih ada lagi yang disebut dengan relativisme HAM. Budaya barat yang tidak memandang buruk perilaku homoseksualitas seharusnya tidak dipaksakan untuk masuk ke dalam budaya timur. Begitu juga budaya timur sebaiknya juga tidak dijadikan katalisator untuk mengukur kesopanan budaya barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemidanaan terhadap pelaku homoseksual dapat dikategorikan sebagai pelanggaran HAM di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif. Data yang digunakan terdiri bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa jika di masa yang akan datang pemidanaan terhadap laki-laki/wanita dewasa homoseksual yang suka sama suka diterapkan di Indonesia, semuanya bukanlah merupakan pelanggaran HAM. Hal ini merupakan konsekuensi dari Pasal 1 CAT yang pada intinya menyatakan bahwa pemidanaan/penyiksaan yang berdasarkan hukum dikecualikan dari pelanggaran HAM.
