Nutrition and health play vital roles in work productivity. This study aimed to develop a risk self-assessment tool called Early Detection of the Nutritional and Health Risk Factors on the productivity of urban workers. This study was conducted in two stages: 1) the development of the tool to determine the nutritional and health risk factors that affect productivity based on literature reviews and scoring systems and 2) the testing of validity and reliability. Finally, the tool contained 63 items, including 28 items on nutritional risk factors and 35 on health risk factors. The validity of the tool was assessed using the content validity index (CVI): item-level CVI (I-CVI) and scale-level CVI (S-CVI), and face validity index (FVI) and reliability using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Preliminary versions of this tool showed a high content validity (I-CVI = 1.00; S-CVI based on the average method = 1). The face validity index among urban workers was at least 0.90, and the overall Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.70. The tool developed is acceptable, but revisions are still needed, and sample sizes must be increased.

ABSTRACT Background: Hospitalization is the entry of individuals into the hospital as a patient to get help in medical care or treatment. Intensive care for neonates who are treated in the NICU or NHCU will cause anxiety and worry for the baby's mother. Anxiety is a vague fear accompanied by feelings of uncertainty and discomfort. Anxiety response is the most common thing experienced by mothers when there are health problems in their babies. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with maternal anxiety in the NICU and NHCU rooms at Panti Rapih Hospital, Yogyakarta. Methods: This study uses a quantitative, analytic survey design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies who were treated in the NICU and NHCU rooms at Panti Rapih Hospital, Yogyakarta. Sample of 35 respondents was obtained by accidental sampling technique. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. Results: There was a significant relationship between age (p-value: 0.039), education (p-value: 0.028), occupation (p-value: 0.010), economic status (p-value: 0.003), length of stay (p-value : 0.015), and there is no significant relationship between the environment and maternal anxiety (p-value: 0.551). Conclusion: The factors that were related to the anxiety of mothers in the NICU and NHCU rooms at Panti Rapih Hospital Yogyakarta were age, education, occupation, economic status and length of stay. The unrelated factor is the environment. Suggestions for NICU and NHCU nurses are expected to increase education about the condition of the baby to the baby's mother and teach the mother in caring for her baby.
Background: Children experience growth and development according to their stages. Early detection of growth and development deviations needs to be done. The implementation of early detection stimulation for child development (SDIDTK) has been carried out by Puskesmas officers and health cadres, but cadres do not routinely carry out it . Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of cadres about SDIDTK in Umbulmartani Village and Bimomartani Village in the Ngemplak I Health Center area. Methods: This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a population of cadres in the village of Umbulmartani and the village of Bimomartani. Samples were taken purposively and carried out on 133 cadres. Results: Less than half of the cadres were aged 41-50 years (44.36%) and a small proportion were 21-30 years old, while the rest were 31-40 years old and 51-60 years old. Kader 's latest education shows that more than half of the respondents have a high school education (73.68%) and 1 has an elementary education. SMP, and D3. Most of the cadres work as housewives (87.97%) and the rest work as teachers, midwives, entrepreneurs, farmers and civil servants. Cadre's level of knowledge about stimulation of early intervention detection of child development and development: a small proportion of them had less knowledge (8.27%) and more than half (74.44%) had sufficient knowledge. Conclusion: The level of knowledge of cadres about SDIDTK was still lacking as much as 8.27% and sufficient 74.44%
