<p class="Judul2">Undang-Undang RI no. 6/2016 tentang desa menyatakan bahwa Pemerintah Daerah berkewajiban mengembangkan sistem informasi desa dalam menjalankan <em>e-government </em>menuju<em> good governance</em>. Website Desa Jagalempeni yang telah dikembangkan pada tanggal 22 Februari 2017 akan menjadi wajah desa di dunia maya dengan menyediakan informasi untuk publik, promosi potensi desa dan terciptanya interaksi layanan masyarakat dengan perangkat desa tanpa sekat tempat dan waktu baik untuk masyarakat di dalam maupun luar lingkungan Desa Jagalempeni. E<em>-government</em> di Indonesia hingga saat ini jumlahnya terus meningkat, tetapi secara kualitas masih banyak yang belum memenuhi standar kualitas yang baik. Padahal faktor layanan mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar dari keberhasilan sebuah <em>e-goverment</em>. Begitu pula dengan website Desa Jagalempeni di alamat <a href="http://www.jagalempeni.desa.id/">www.jagalempeni.desa.id</a> untuk mencapai cita-cita pemerintah desa menuju <em>good governance</em> tentu harus memenuhi standar kualitas yang baik dari kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan dan kualitas visual, oleh karenanya pengukuran kualitas website desa perlu dilakukan. Penelitian ini mengukur kualitas website Pemerintah Desa Jagalempeni dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 dan menggunakan 4 (empat) instrumen yaitu <em>Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality</em> dan <em>Visual Quality</em>. Data penelitian ini menggunakan 122 data dan diolah dengan software SPSS melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, korelasi dan regresi linier. Hasil pengukuran memberikan kesimpulan bahwa website Desa Jagalempeni saat ini dari sisi <em>Usability Quality</em>, <em>Information Quality, </em>dan <em>Visual Quality</em> sudah mempunyai kualitas yang baik, sedangkan dari sisi <em>Service Interaction Quality</em> belum mempunyai kualitas yang baik, karena kepuasan pengguna (<em>user satisfaction</em>) belum terpenuhi. Dengan demikian maka website Desa Jagalempeni perlu adanya pengembangan khususnya di kualitas layanan interaksi, agar website Desa Jagalempeni menjadi lebih baik, berkualitas, mempunyai daya saing dan kebanggaan Desa Jagalempeni sesuai dengan cita-cita menuju <em>good governance</em>.</p><p class="Abstrak"> </p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: <em>Kualitas Website, Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, Visual Quality, User Satisfaction, Webqual</em><em></em></p><p class="Judul2"> </p><p class="Judul2"><em>Abstract</em></p><p class="Judul2"><em>Laws of the Republic Indonesia 6/2016 about the village said that the local government is obliged to develop village information system in running e-government towards good governance. This study measures the quality of the Jagalempeni Village Government website using the Webqual 4.0 method and uses 4 (four) instruments of Quality, Quality of Information, Quality of Service Interaction and Visual Quality. This research data uses 122 data and processed with SPSS software through test of validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, and linear regression. The result of the measurement gives conclusion that the website of Jagalempeni Village now from the side of Quality, Information Quality, and Visual Quality have good quality, while the Quality of Service Interaction does not have good quality, because the user satisfaction (user satisfaction) has not been fulfilled. Tourism sector in the country is one of the mainstay of foreign exchange earners for the country, especially in the non oil and gas sector, all efforts to attract tourists both archipelago and overseas continue to be done. One of the government's efforts to increase the flow of domestic and foreign tourists is to make improvements and arrangement of tourist attractions. In addition, by promoting. Therefore required a system that can facilitate the management of tourism in data processing, and facilitate members or tourists in obtaining information. Technological developments are increasing, then from the problems proposed a change in the old system into a new system with computer-based website technology. The method used in the development of this software uses Model Waterfall. Data collection methods that the authors use to collect the data needed in the writing of this research are: observation, interview method, and literature method. Through a computer connected to the internet network users can search and get various information, anywhere and anytime by accessing the website. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode pustaka. Melalui komputer yang terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet user dapat mencari dan mendapatkan berbagai informasi, dimana saja dan kapan saja dengan mengakses website. Abstrak - Kalkun merupakan sejenis unggas yang memiliki ukuran lebih besar yang berasal dari ordo Galliformes, genus Meleagris bukanlah hewan asli Indonesia. Dikarenakan kalkun mempunyai nilai jual tinggi terutama dagingnya yang berprotein tinggi dan rendah lemak serta kolesterol, maka kalkun mulai dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Banyak peternak kalkun menganggap bahwa penyakit yang menyerang kalkun sama dengan hewan unggas yang lain, hal ini yang menyebabkan tingkat pendapatan peternak menjadi berkurang/merosot. Dengan semakin majunya perkembangan teknologi, banyak aplikasi yang sudah diterapkan untuk dapat menyelesaikan suatu masalah salah satunya dengan menggunakaan. Sistem pakar dibuat untuk dapat menyelesaikan masalah tanpa harus mendatangkan ahli/pakarnya. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode forward chaining (runtut maju) dimana proses dimulai dari pencarian premis atau data masukan yang berupa gejala sehingga didapat kesimpulan penyakit pada kalkun serta memberikan solusi mengenai pencegahan dan pengobatan berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang telah teramati. Jenis penyakit yang akan didiagnosis sebanyak 10 penyakit dengan jumlah gejala penyakit sebanyak 14 gejala.Kata kunci : penyakit kalkun, sistem pakar, forward chainingAbstract -Turkey is a type of bird that has a larger size that comes from the order Galliformes, the genus Meleagris is not native to Indonesia. Because turkey has a high selling value, especially high-protein and low-fat meat and cholesterol, turkeys are cultivated in Indonesia. Many turkey breeders consider that diseases that attack turkeys are the same as other poultry animals, which causes the farmer's income levels to decrease/decline. With the increasingly advanced development of technology, many applications have been implemented to solve a problem, one of them is by using it. Expert systems are made to solve problems without having to bring in experts/experts. In this study, a forward chaining method was used in which the process starts from the search for premise or input data in the form of symptoms so that conclusions can be reached on turkeys and provide solutions for prevention and treatment based on observed symptoms. Azidan Collection distributions have several shortcomings in order to support the process of selling goods. Building an e-commerce transaction application to help consumers make a T-shirt purchase on the Azidan Collection Distro. This information system is equipped with facilities that can facilitate customers in making payment transactions through account transfers.Abstrak -Distro Azidan Collection mempunyai beberapa kekurangan dalam rangka menunjang proses penjualan barang. Penjualan yang saat ini dilakukan hanya sebatas konsumen datang langsung ke toko memilih barang dan membayar, untuk mempromosikan produk yang ada di Distro Azidan ke konsumen sudah menggunakan media sosial di antaranya melalui BBM dan media situs pertemanan facebook. Penjualan dengan menggunakan sistem media sosial dirasa masih kurang, karena cakupan customer hanya sebatas yang menggunakan media sosial saja, sehingga transaksi penjualan menjadi terbatas. Website Penjualan pada Distro Azidan Collection yang memiliki fungsi antara lain. Membangun aplikasi e-commerce untuk membantu manajemen Distro Azidan Collection dalam melakukan transaksi jarak jauh. Membangun aplikasi transaksi e-commerce untuk membantu dan memberi wawasan pada konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian Kaos di Distro Azidan Collection. Sistem informasi ini dilengkapi dengan fasilitas yang mampu mempermudah customer dalam melakukan transaksi pembayaran yang melalu transfer rekening.
Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 6/2016 on villages that are obliged to develop village information systems in running e-government towards good governance. In Indonesia, e-government continues to increase, but not accompanied by quality, including the website of Jagalempeni Village. This study measures the quality of Jagalempeni Village website using Webqual 4.0 method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) with 4 (four) instruments, namely Quality Utility, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality and Visual Quality. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The data of 122 questionnaires and processed with SPSS software. The result of measurement and measurement shows that the website of Jagalempeni Village website is 96.63%, and the average negative gap is -0.12, which means that the performance level of Jagalempeni Village website is still not satisfactory and user expectation on Service Quality Interaction. The main priorities that need to be fixed immediately and improved are the attributes of websites that have a good and precise reputation, input and expression for promptly promised delivery. The results of this study using the website of Jagalempeni Village to make improvements and development in order to become a quality for good governance.
